"I booked room for 3 persons but hotel said they don’t have the information. So, they upgrade the room with extra bed for free of charge. The problem is the provided room is next to elevator. It makes very loud noise all the night."

"Very clean hotel with nice decor. The exterior is unassuming, but the interior is a surprise. A little extra for the covered parking, which is very useful when the summer sun is strong. And it's secured by a camera! Pleasant air conditioning in the rooms."

"The stay was short, so we weren't able to make much use of the facilities. The beds in the room were very comfortable, the pillows were great, and the full-length mirror on the door was a nice touch, as were the nearby power outlets for charging phones. The complimentary coffee and tea machine downstairs was also appreciated. Overall, the stay was short but pleasant. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, there are good bus and/or taxi connections nearby for getting there."

"I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity."
