"The room and breakfast were good, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to log into our Netflix account and watch our shows. I would have liked the WiFi to have a password, so only hotel guests would have access, but it didn't. The first room we were given had a strong smoke smell, even though rooms are supposed to be 100% smoke free. So they immediately gave us a different room."

After I returned from vacation, then only I found out via trip.com enquiry that it was for room key cost and room security insurance. I did not lose the key and returned it upon check out before 9am. I was in USA for 2 weeks and this is the first time I was charged this way. Not a big amount but do take note if you plan to stay here"
