The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially the young lady, was super enthusiastic. She not only upgraded our room but also brought us some delicious, sweet fruit. The room itself was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The young lady was incredibly thoughtful; when my friend wasn't feeling well, she helped us arrange a late check-out. Our four-day stay was absolutely fantastic.

Friendly front desk staffs, ordered delivery and was sent to my room via a robot, when I fell asleep, they took good care of my belongings and passed it to me. Front desk would also give a simple greeting whenever you walk across the lobby. Convenient location, delicious food and near the shopping mall. Hot water was instantaneous and does not require any waiting time, overall a very good experience.

The Executive Room at the Wyndham Garden Wuxi Bay Hotel I booked this time was incredibly spacious with an open layout and plenty of room to move around, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the breakfast; the variety was a delightful surprise. Beyond the usual Chinese and Western hot dishes and a live noodle station, they also featured many authentic local Wuxi specialties, which tasted great. They were also very quick to replenish dishes, and the service was excellent.

The environment is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring privacy. Highly recommended for your stay.

The location is convenient, and the facilities, environment, and hygiene are consistently good. The lobby is in Building 8, with other rooms located in different buildings. As for the lake view room, it overlooks a small lake at the entrance of the ancient town (see photo). Since there are bridges on both sides, the view isn't very wide. However, it's quite nice to see the illuminated lake view at night. It's quiet, and very convenient for a night tour of Jichang Garden. The breakfast is decent, or you can find many options for breakfast in the ancient town. My friend really enjoyed the hotel's soybean pulp and the pancakes made from it.

The room decor is very refreshing, and the overall color scheme creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. If you have any issues, you can call the front desk, and the staff there are very patient and enthusiastic in resolving them. The rooms on the seventh and eighth floors offer open views and nice scenery. All rooms have windows, providing good ventilation. I highly recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel with my friend and her child for a competition. The twin room was perfect for a family trip with my best friend and her child. The service was good, the room was spacious, and the robot food delivery service was very convenient.

The room was spacious, with a practical living room. Aside from a slightly stuffy smell due to poor air circulation upon entering, the soundproofing and other facilities were quite good. The air conditioner unit was visible from the window, but it wasn't noisy. Two types of pillows were provided, which was a plus. The location is near Huishan Park; it's close to the mountain via Route 3, but the slope is quite steep, so families with children should consider this option.
