The inn is right by Bailong Bridge, in the heart of the ancient town, with plenty of food options and great spots for travel photography nearby. The owner is incredibly welcoming and offers meticulous service. The front desk often has complimentary fruits like watermelon for guests to enjoy. The environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Huangyao is a place I have always wanted to go. Although it is several years late, I finally have time to go there. Deyun Villa has a grand name, simple decoration, good service attitude of the boss, large room, and a small balcony that I like. It's a pity that the weather is too cold, otherwise it would be a pleasure to sit and drink a cup of tea. The best thing is that the location is excellent, very close to the entrance of the ancient town, and the famous Dailong Bridge is at the turn. There are many attractions and snacks nearby. It is worth recommending"

"I recommend this inn! The inn is in the scenic area, just a few steps from the Yikongzhigu Gate. It's very close and easy to recognize. It was already very late when we arrived at the inn. The proprietress also changed our room from the first floor to the second floor. The scenery outside the window when we woke up in the morning was really good! ! When we left, the proprietress also gave me and my friend the specialty water chestnut noodles. The proprietress is very nice! ! Recommended~"

"A superb experience staying at this hotel. We extended our stay after the first day, and would definitely come back again. Location wise, if you are visiting the old town, then it is definitely the perfect spot to stay! The scenic bridge is just a corner away. It is also just 1 min walk from one of the entrances/gates of the old town(景區). What I like the most is the whole design of the hotel. It is a perfect combination of ancient and modern architecture and design. The whole place is very stylish and there are a lot of fine details like the plants and artwork arrangement. I love the tea table right at the main door, it’s made by stone and wood. There are a lot of common area in which you can either chat and enjoy tea with friends or simply read alone with a nice coffee. They have a nice rooftop with a good view of the old town. You can enjoy sunset here. Food is perfect here. They have their own chef so you don’t need to eat out, the tofu and soup are very nice, and the seasonal veg is also our pick. Most importantly it is a pets friendly place. They have 2 dogs named 向右 “Xiang you” and 將軍 “General”, they are friendly and cute. They also have a cat room accommodating over 10 cats. All are friendly and lovely. Perfect place for vacation. We look forward to our next time here at 龙麟台❤️"

"The room was large and the service staff was very polite. I sent a ticket to Huangyao Xianggu Children's Paradise. In fact, I still have to continue to pay for other tickets when I go in to play. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. I don’t know what Ding Ding Ding is doing upstairs. It’s noisy until 12 o’clock. Huangyao Scenic Area actually needs tickets during the day. It costs 75 yuan for an adult. The side door has not been seen by anyone. I decisively didn’t go straight to Yangshuo."

"We arrived at 3pm. The single room without window we booked was fully booked so we were replaced with a standard room with window. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but the boss is very nice and let us eat directly at the breakfast stall in town. I tried black bean powder, water chestnut powder, fried fish, and homemade porridge, and they all tasted pretty good. The owner of the store also invited me to have dinner with her (we had already eaten in the ancient town so we didn’t go back). The room is relatively new and very clean. The basic facilities are quite complete. There is no drinking water or cups (disposable cups can be found at the front desk). It is located about 100 m near the east gate of the ancient town, and the entrance is not far down the stairs. The price during the May Day holiday will be more than 100 points higher than the daily price."

"The room has a great overall layout, a one-bedroom, one-living room room with a door separating the two rooms, providing some privacy for couples. Everyone shares the bathroom and toilet. Our room was on the second floor. From the inside, you could see the summit of the most iconic mountain in the scenic area, but other views were blocked by the rooftops of nearby buildings. I recommend booking a room on the third floor or higher for a better view. One issue was the mattress; it was too firm, leaving me with back pain the next morning. I suggest changing it. The room was well-equipped with disposable items. The owner will greet you, and there are designated free parking spaces, though they are a bit far and require walking. Just outside the guesthouse is a street lined with snack streets like Luckin Coffee and Gu Ming, popular with people eating there in the mornings and evenings. The guesthouse's location is very convenient, next to the ticket gate in the ancient town. You need to buy a ticket to enter the guesthouse, which provides direct access to Huangyao Ancient Town. See the location map below. By the way, buying adult single tickets through the homestay channel gets you a 30% discount, bringing the price down to 60 yuan, saving you more than 10 yuan per person."
