"I booked a night for a friend during the National Day holiday and thought we had checked in. However, due to holiday traffic on the highway, my friend didn't check in on time, which was a misunderstanding, but the hotel also refunded us. I happened to be traveling with my kids through Zibo and saw that this hotel was newly opened, so I decided to give it a try. Upon entering the door, a little girl offered warm black tea. The front desk check-in was also very fast. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and unbeatable views in the room relieved half of the fatigue of the journey. The room was cleaned very cleanly. It is very suitable for staying with children. The breakfast the next day was also delicious. The steamed buns, wontons, and steamed buns were all handmade, unlike the pre-made ones in other hotels. There were also various desserts and drinks. The children loved it. Shopping is also very convenient. It is located in the CBD and is a three-minute walk from the Shepherd Village. I will choose this place again next time I have the chance. I highly recommend it."

"Zibo isa beautiful city. The hotel was big enough with lots of attractions. We have been there on new years day. On December 31 st there were less people and we could enjoy some attractions , playground and buffet but on 1,st and second of January there were too much people and like for city library, cinema , gaming rooms , swimming pools and playground was occupied fully. Almost 70% of people were just occupying the place to play games on their own phones even in the movie theater area which was annoying. Last two days I didn’t pay for playground and buffet because it was useless to give too much money. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Reception staff was busy . Anyway it wasn’t bad and wasn’t good"

"This property is simply mindowing! I cannot even image what did it take to build it… It is literally inserted to the cliff… There is a pool, an infrared sauna and a fantastic heliport. The suites are beautifully appointed with a lot of taste. They organize trips to hike around the Great Wall and the glass bridge (which is adjacent to the hotel). I could not imagine the staff being more polite, helpful and friendly. Without any doubts, this is one of the best scenic hotels on the planet."

"The room was really spacious, but the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Even when set to 22°, it only cooled down to 26°. In Zibo, with temperatures around 40° outside, it was still quite sweaty in the room. The service was excellent though; they were always ready to help. With the hot weather, the water play area was incredibly crowded, like a pot of boiling dumplings."

"Facilities: The room size is reasonable, average for a fourth-tier city. Parking is difficult starting at 5 PM. They say parking is free, but there's nowhere to park, so the claim that it's free or not is completely untrue! Because there are restaurants and foot massage parlors in the hotel grounds, we drove around the hotel five or six times. The parking attendant simply told guests to leave the hotel, but they're not responsible for any vehicle damage! Cleanliness: The toilet was stained, so I wiped it myself with a wet wipe. It was a bit gross! Environment: The room was poorly soundproofed. Even at 12 PM, there were still people talking in the hallway. Because of the poor soundproofing, I thought the door was open! Service: It rained heavily the day we arrived, and the front desk and accommodations were on separate floors. The wedding had caused a huge mess in the hotel, causing a traffic jam. No one from the hotel came out to coordinate. It took nearly an hour from arrival to check in to the room in the pouring rain. It was terrible! There was a "trap" in the room that guests didn't realize was that two bottles of water were free. If you spent more than 5 yuan per bottle, the water was the same. Unwittingly, guests drank the charged water! Breakfast: Closed at 9:00 PM. Arriving at 8:00 AM, I had to beg for even an omelet with a plate. The hotel only provided the omelet guy with four pans, and he stared blankly at the eggs in them! The mini cakes were empty and not refilled. I repeatedly asked for more, but I couldn't wait and had to leave. I don't know if they were even refilled. In short, the Zhoucun Hotel, which claims to be a four-star hotel, is actually only three stars at best! Perhaps Zhoucun, 23 kilometers from downtown Zibo, doesn't have the same reputation for service as Zibo. Although I've been to Zibo many times, the service at chain hotels is more consistent. I'll definitely stay at the Ramada Zibo next time. The service has always been excellent, and I can really feel the hospitality of Zibo!"
