"Located in the walking street it's in a very convinent location with many shops and stools nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor of the building and is quite large. It has a great view at night and nice atmosphere definitely recommend going up there once during the stay. The hotel also provided us with tea snacks and tea which was kind but also when checking out gave us multiple local gifts. Sincerely deserves more ratings. "This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's Grand Corn (Big Corn) building, with the lobby situated on the 38th floor. There's an attendant on the 1st floor to guide guests, and you'll need to transfer to another elevator on the 38th floor. It's not a hassle at all. The check-in associate was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed her name tag and realized it was Maggie, who many guests praise on Ctrip reviews. She even upgraded me to a lake-view room for free when she learned I preferred it – a big thank you to Maggie! Just like other Marriott hotels, it was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. There were plenty of power outlets and USB ports by the bed and desk, which was very convenient. I didn't use the gym or pool, but I took a look around, and they seemed good. The pool is kept at a constant 28°C, and there were a few people swimming. The Ruyi Lake boat dock is about a ten-minute walk away, and there are many dining and drinking options along the lakefront downstairs, which is super convenient. Enjoying a meal or drink while admiring the beautiful lake view is lovely. My schedule didn't allow for a longer stay, otherwise, I would have loved to spend a few more nights. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhengzhou! 👍"

"Locarion is nearby to Luoyi Ancient Town. The room service was superb. The hostess upgrades us to bigger room when there's availability. All other staff will help us in making the stay comfortable, including helping us move our luggages to the other rooms when needed. The hostess recommended us places to eat and helped to call to confirm our Empress Wu feast seats. Absolutely a delight to stay there."

"I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again."

"The best hotel to stay in Luoyang, perfect location in the oldtown part of the city. It ais a beautiful newly renovated heritage house turned into hotel. The staffs are amazing, very helpful. My husband got injured during this trip and the staffs so helpful with everything to make sure our holiday went smoothly. Room was quite big for 3 of us, all equipped with smart tech. Staffs speak abit english but there is a translator device and we communicate with wechat so no problem at all. Very recommended place to stay in luoyang"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station's west exit – super close! Getting to the city center by taxi or subway is also a breeze. You can even walk around the station to the original Mixue Bingcheng store, though I heard the queue is notoriously long, so I skipped it. I also heard that Pang Dong Lai will be opening next door in October. I happened to be here during Zhou Shen's concert, so rooms were hard to come by! The room itself was large and clean, and 'Xiao Ka' at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. If I get the chance to visit Zhengzhou again, I'll definitely choose to stay here."

"Our stay at Qichi Riverside B&B in Luoyang was truly wonderful! The location is great, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The B&B host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped us hang our clothes to dry and even lent us their phone number to order takeout 📱. Every day, there was hot coffee and milk tea available, and before we left, they even gave us a small gift. It was full of warm hospitality ❤️."

"I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂"
