We were warmly welcomed by a lady staff member with a sweet, cheerful smile, and were able to check in early before the official check-in time. Our room came with a balcony offering a full ocean view, which was beautiful. However, the room itself was quite old, with an outdated design. Only reusable slippers were provided instead of disposable ones. The bed was too bouncy, and we could feel the springs inside. The pillows were also too thin and uncomfortable.
Breakfast had a very limited selection, though the taste was acceptable. The hotel is nicely located right in front of the ocean, with a spacious open area across the road where locals set up camps and jog along the seaside. We also saw some locals playing basketball at the large court nearby.
A special mention to the staff who helped us order fried chicken delivery — he kindly recommended popular local choices, and we really appreciated his help.
If the hotel improves the room quality and comfort, it would be a perfect place to stay.

We stayed in a family room with one 1.5m queen bed and one single bed, which was perfect. It's always challenging to find suitable accommodation when traveling with older kids, so I was very pleased this time. The hotel is also very close to the airport, a taxi ride is only about 6,000-7,000 Korean Won and takes about 10 minutes. If you plan to use public transport to places like Udo Island or other distant attractions, you can easily go to the airport bus terminal. Plus, there's a Lotte Duty-Free shop downstairs, so grabbing an MLB cap was super convenient. The window couldn't open, but the view was great, facing the ocean where you could see planes taking off and landing. Once it quieted down at night, you could hear a slight hum from the planes – something to consider if you're very sensitive to noise. There were no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided, but bottled water was replenished daily, and when we asked for extra, the staff were very generous. Overall, the service was quite good. We arrived around 12 PM and were immediately checked in. On our last day, we had already checked out early, but then a family member felt unwell. After a brief discussion, they promptly cancelled our check-out and allowed us to return to our room to rest until 11 AM.

Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

Jeju Central City Hotel: The Ideal Choice for Shopping and Dining in Jeju
Choosing this hotel for our Jeju trip was a fantastic decision! The experience at Jeju Central City Hotel far exceeded our expectations, and I have to give it a proper shout-out.
The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Jeju City. Shilla Duty-Free is directly across the street, so you can dive into a shopping spree just a few steps away. Lotte Duty-Free and Baojian Street are also within walking distance [__LINK_ICON]. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, making it super easy to grab coffee, snacks, or a late-night bite. Just a short stroll away, you'll find all sorts of fantastic restaurants – BBQ, fried chicken, seafood... you name it. You could eat out for days without repeating a single dish [__LINK_ICON]. Getting around, whether by taxi or bus, is also very convenient. It's only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport, so getting there is stress-free.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so check-in, asking for directions, and getting restaurant recommendations were all seamless. They even proactively shared authentic local eateries that only locals know about [__LINK_ICON]. The cleanliness also deserves praise; staff cleaned the room daily, replaced trash bags and towels, making for a very clean and comfortable stay [__LINK_ICON].
Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, this hotel is a perfect fit. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Jeju!

This hotel, opened last year, boasts new facilities throughout. The bathrooms are spotless, and they even have electric toilets. The ondol room was a bit small, and it was inconvenient to open the wardrobe from the bed (the corners were quite sharp), but overall, it was excellent value for money, and the wardrobe had enough space for clothes. The hotel's location is superb, directly opposite Shilla Duty-Free, with a CU convenience store next door, and a Haidilao and KFC in the same building. Breakfast was also plentiful, featuring Korean specialties like pancakes and stir-fries, as well as dishes catering to Chinese tastes.
Service: The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, making check-in a breeze.

Extremely satisfied! The service was also top-notch.
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. The room was spotless. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and was never intrusive. I had requested two bottles of water in advance, and they were promptly provided without any fuss. The lobby is beautiful, but the highlight was the lady at the front desk – she was absolutely stunning 🤩 sooo pretty.
A big thank you to the lady who helped me hail a taxi at the end; unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I was a bit anxious about not being able to find a taxi for the airport, so I mentioned it to her. I was genuinely impressed by the incredible efficiency of Koreans. Since I didn't have a local SIM card, I couldn't use any ride-hailing apps, which was quite frustrating. Upon hearing my predicament, she immediately ordered a taxi for me and directed me to wait by the roadside. She was truly helpful. In fact, all the hotel staff were great and very helpful. As long as your request is reasonable, they will handle it swiftly. Their high efficiency was excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. And English communication was seamless! Their English was genuinely impressive.

The greatest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Situated in the city center, it’s just a few steps to the bus stop, easy to reach nearby popular attractions. There’s a convenience store downstairs where you can basically get everything you need for breakfast. If you don’t feel like eating from the convenience store, you can also walk to nearby places. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay! Also, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel is my top choice for accommodation in Jeju Island, highly recommend!

The beach location is excellent, right on the beachfront, and you can see the sea from the balcony. For this family trip, we booked two rooms: one for my parents, and one for us (two adults and one child). When I made the reservation on Ctrip, I had already listed all three names, so, unlike what some other reviews mentioned, we didn't have to pay extra upon arrival at the hotel.
The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly whenever we came in or out.
There are two convenience stores, several restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We really liked the area. Next time we visit Gwakji Beach, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Staying at this hotel also gives you a 10% discount at several nearby establishments.
Finally, a note on house rules: you can't bring sashimi or spicy soup into the rooms. The hotel also offers luggage storage.

6-10 mins drive to Jeju airport which is very convenient if you have a morning flight
For Foreigners use Kakao T app for taxi booking, you can book taxi in advance as well
Laundry room is on Level 2, which is great
However, detergent to be purchased from vending machine on Level 1, at 2000Won each packet
No longer provide sandwiches as per other reviews
But, CU is just next to the hotel
Overall, rooms are clean and nearly tidied up each day and I love that it’s not carpeted!
Water dispenser is awesome! Never had to worry about limited mineral water bottles daily

NNatalia06Super comfortable hotel with everything you need and even more. They have laundry, bar, cafe (with European breakfasts), shop, horse riding spot right near the hotel and the view on Ilchulbong! It’s just 30 minutes walk! Room is small, so I recommend it more for solo travelers or for those who has only their backpacks. Everything is clean, convenient and stuff is super friendly. I’m definitely gonna back!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby.
Jjrwa****The location is fantastic! Downstairs, you'll find BHC, a 30-year-old ox bone soup restaurant, and grilled black pork. Lotte and Shilla duty-free shops are just a ten-minute walk away. It's also close to Baojian Road (Health Road). The value for money is quite good. Most hotels in Jeju Island are older, but the cleanliness is generally fine. The facilities, however, can't compare to newer hotels. The bathroom door kept springing back, so you couldn't leave it open; you had to open it every time you went in or out, which was quite annoying. The room was much larger than those in Japan, with plenty of space for two suitcases. Many tour groups, both Chinese and Korean, stay here. It's convenient for everything, whether you're going to the airport, dining, shopping at duty-free, or joining a tour group. It's right in the tourist-heavy city center.

AAnonymous UserFirst day we arrived we check-in at this hotel, the photos that is shown in their page ain’t really what you get photos are much nicer, but at the end of the days we are tourist we don’t spend that much of our times in the hotel room, apart from that the hotel is close to Main Street and all the tourist spot, so at the end of the day it is a great place to live for tourist, not giving it a really bad review due to the great location it is plus it has parking.
GGuest UserI stayed at Jeju Ollero for a week and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was spotless, beautifully minimal in design, and the view from my window was simply stunning.
The owner was warm, kind, and always respectful of privacy — yet readily available whenever I needed help. The surrounding area felt peaceful and local, away from commercial crowds, with many hidden gems and delicious food spots to explore.
A special thank you to the owners for helping me carry my heavy luggage up and down, and for the legendary smoothie — it’s truly a must-try!
Highly recommend Jeju Ollero for anyone seeking comfort, kindness, and a touch of Jeju’s authentic charm. 🌿💛

GGuest UserA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.
CCassieontheroad91150The beds are very inconfortable, and for shower they give you two simple hair towel for two days. The front desk is never there. The breakfast lady is so nice and accomoding but the breakfast in istelf is too pricey (see the pictures below) for what it is. Those have nothing to do with the pictures you seen online or at the hôtel .
Convenient for the bus and Olle Market entrance 5
You can use tbe laundry room only if you have a credit card.
GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained.
However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.
