Pet Friendly Hotels in Shandong, China

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Everything was just okay, I guess. They have a robot, but it explicitly says it can't deliver food. The Wi-Fi initially wouldn't let me log in with my last name; they changed it to something else, I'm not sure what. Maybe because I checked in late, there was hardly any welcome or guidance, and the signs weren't clear, so I got lost a few times. The facilities were decent, though a bit old for a hotel that opened in 2017. The view was nice, but the outside of the window was quite dirty. Big thanks to the housekeeping auntie for bringing us buckwheat pillows late at night!

My stay at the Qufu Sankong Manting Garden Hotel perfectly matched my vision for a cultural travel experience in Confucius's hometown. Tucked away on Banbi Street, right next to the Confucius Temple, the hotel is a tranquil courtyard oasis amidst the bustling city. Its white walls, dark gray tiles, and lush greenery create a picturesque scene at every turn, embodying Eastern aesthetics. Waking up to the morning bells and drums and enjoying a quiet evening sit in the courtyard truly set the mood. The room features a new Chinese design, clean and airy, with smart bathroom amenities, whole-house underfloor heating, and comfortable bedding. It perfectly blends modern comfort with traditional charm, making it a worry-free stay, especially with kids. The front desk staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, from check-in guidance to explaining scenic spots and recommending local cuisine. Their attentive service throughout truly embodies the hospitality spirit of 'Having friends come from afar, is it not a joy?' The hotel is within walking distance of the core scenic area of the Three Confucius sites, saving the hassle of parking and commuting. Exploring the Confucius Temple and Mansion during the day and returning to the hotel's peaceful courtyard in the evening made for a relaxed yet fulfilling itinerary. The hotel also offers unique services like Hanfu experiences and intangible cultural heritage study tours, providing an immersive taste of Confucian culture. Both the facilities and the soft services far exceeded my expectations. If you're visiting Qufu, this is definitely the place to stay!

The Wanda Realm is a great choice for visiting Taian. It is close to the Hong Men, where you can start the gruelling ascent up Mount Tai. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get there by car. If you hike, bring your passport. There is lots of water and food available on the climb. The hotel’s location is great. There is an awesome “Food Street” just behind the hotel with tons of great options. There is a 7-11 nearby, but it is hard to find early coffee anywhere. Everybody I met at the hotel was super. The hotel breakfast is nice. There was a trace of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, which is probably standard in smallish cities. All in all, this is a great choice for your visit to Taian.

The room is in a good location and very clean I went to Liaocheng for the first time and ate Guada Next to Dongchang Lake and the Grand Canal Museum Not far from the ancient city You can stroll there I will choose here next time I go

The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can have fun right outside the door, and it's just a short walk to the sea. You can even see the sea from the elevator. The room was comfortable, and it even snowed that day, so we got to play in the snow right outside for ages. The geographical location is superb, and we had a very comfortable stay. The location is just to the left of picture five. Honestly, the location is the best part! It's fantastic!

We brought our kids to the ancient city for the holidays and looked at many hotels before finally choosing this one. The hotel has a great location, with a square in front where the main music festival venue is located. We could hear the music from our room, and we were lucky enough to catch Sha Baoliang perform live. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Hotel guests also received a 3-hour Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) experience and a bar voucher. I especially want to mention the service. The hotel's service exceeded our expectations. On the way here, I suddenly felt unwell, and after contacting the hotel front desk, they immediately sent staff to help with my luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff immediately poured me a cup of hot water, checked me in super quickly, and explained how to buy medicine. The next day, they proactively contacted us to plan our itinerary in the ancient city, recommended good restaurants, and even notified us of performances in advance via WeChat so we wouldn't miss anything. It wasn't just about staying at the hotel; we also had a personal butler! 👍

This was my second visit to Taierzhuang after many years. After browsing many hotels online, I finally chose the Swan Lake Hotel. Located within the ancient city of Taierzhuang, near the South Gate, the hotel offers convenient parking. Surrounded by lake views, the elegant environment is a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. Our double room offered stunning views of Swan Lake right from the window. The architectural design blends rustic charm with modern flair, perfect for photography enthusiasts like myself. The 9 PM iron flower performance was breathtaking – don't miss it! The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they called and added us on WeChat beforehand to send us the location and even drew us a map, clearly marking the performance times and main attractions. We had a wonderful time here – five stars! I'll definitely stay at your hotel again next time!

The room was clean and hygienic, and very close to the Taierzhuang Scenic Area, just 400 meters from the West Gate. The lovely receptionist warmly introduced the Taierzhuang tour itinerary and sent us the performance schedule and tourist map of the scenic area to our phones for easy viewing and reference. She also helped us carry our luggage upstairs and recommended affordable restaurants for us, repeatedly telling us to contact her if we needed anything. Before we left, she even gave us Shandong pancakes. The hospitable Shandong girl was warm and simple, making us feel at home.

From my window, the majestic Mount Tai stretches out before me. As the first rays of dawn appear, the mountain's hues shift from verdant green to deep indigo, then to blushing crimson, finally unveiling its full grandeur bathed in a golden mist. This breathtaking spectacle, enjoyed daily, costs absolutely nothing extra. Compared to the throngs of tourists sweating their way up the mountain paths, we truly have the best seat in the house.
