My wife and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was a wonderful experience. I had a nice room at the third floor facing the pond. Behind the hotel, there is a link to the Garden. Very nice scenic spots in the Garden. You can take a stroll there during your free time. The breakfast is great, with a good spread of food where one can select. Overall, a great stay in Suzhou Pan Pacific. Strongly recommended.

I have to admit, choosing to stay at Yingbin Hotel was absolutely the right decision. We stayed in Building 8. All the buildings are actually quite close to each other, so it's an easy walk. Of course, the shuttle service is excellent; you just wait a few minutes at the entrance. The welcome fruit, tea, small gifts, free drinks, and travel photography were all wonderful surprises. My only slight regret is that we arrived at 2:10 PM and had to wait until 2:40 PM for our room. Also, the paging announcements from Quyuan restaurant were quite noticeable in our mountain view room, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. Finally, I must say, Yangzhou is incredibly beautiful! Slender West Lake is stunning! And Yingbin Hotel is magnificent!

The hotel is conveniently located near Xiyuan Temple, and Qilishantang Scenic Area is within walking distance. There's a Yaba Shengjian (pan-fried buns) downstairs, making breakfast very easy and affordable. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the decor is perfect for young people. There's even an 'Xiaodu' smart speaker for voice control. The service is excellent; the front desk staff was incredibly kind and soft-spoken. Knowing I'm a light sleeper, they provided earplugs. They even helped us find parking late at night and negotiated the parking fee. They were always available to answer our questions, even in the middle of the night. The hotel has a partner parking lot for 50 yuan a day, but parking can be tight due to the number of surrounding hotels. The room windows are sealed, so it's very quiet at night. Overall, a great stay! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance!!

Location: This hotel is a landmark in Xuzhou, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Confucius Temple and Pengcheng No. 1, and also close to the 1818 Night Market. You can even see these attractions from the hotel rooms. Getting to the subway station across the street requires a bit of a walk around to the traffic light, so we mostly took taxis, though you can also walk to Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo, exploring all the way to the museum and Yunlong Mountain. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. Cleanliness: Tidy. Service: I was initially worried that the front desk being on the 42nd floor would be inconvenient, but there's a dedicated elevator to go up, so it didn't feel like an issue at all.

Shouxi Lake Hot Spring Holiday Hotel is amazing! It's close to Shouxi Lake, and you can enjoy the lake view right from your window. The hot springs are natural and genuine, with many private pools – perfect for warming up in autumn and winter. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. Breakfast offers freshly made Yangzhou steamed buns and dried tofu shreds, authentic and filling. There's also a kids' play area for those with children, and the service is attentive. It offers great value for money, making it a top choice for a holiday!

Highly recommend! This is the best value for money hotel in Wuxi! This used to be the Grand Hyatt, rebranded last year. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The high-floor views are expansive, and it's located in the heart of the city's central business district, with excellent dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The overall experience was superb. From check-in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The butler followed up on our needs throughout our stay, proactively asking if we needed assistance – very professional and meticulous, making the experience top-notch. The hotel proactively upgraded the twin room we booked for my parents to a high-floor room on the 62nd floor for free, offering even better views and a more comfortable stay. This thoughtful upgrade was truly heartwarming. We stayed in the Candy House themed bunk bed room, and my child absolutely loved it the moment we walked in. After visiting several cities on this trip, my child directly rated this as their favorite place overall, saying they loved Wuxi the most. This high praise from a child truly reflects the hotel's dedication. The only minor drawback was the parking experience: upon arrival, there were very few signs, and almost no hotel-specific signage in the parking lot, making it difficult to find our way. Also, the third basement level had an unpleasant smell, while the second basement level was fine. This was a slight inconvenience. The hotel's proactive upgrade, the attentive service throughout, the excellent environment, and the comprehensive surrounding amenities, plus the kid-favorite themed room, made this stay a perfect 10. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip, this is an excellent choice in Wuxi. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi!

Location: Absolutely unbeatable downtown location! Surrounded by all the high-end department stores, and the subway station is just a short walk away. Plus, all kinds of food delivery services can reach you in about ten to fifteen minutes. Amenities: The projector is fantastic, especially once I activated the membership – that really enhanced the experience, which I have to praise. Most Airbnb-style places just have basic set-top box functions, hahaha. There's also a big fridge and a washing machine; I didn't use them, but it's great that they're there. Cleanliness: A big shoutout for the disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers – that's a huge bonus for me! I usually bring my own, but having them provided just makes the experience so much better. The hairdryer placement is also very user-friendly; it's on a shelf, making it easy to grab and put away. Highly recommend! Environment: This is inside an apartment building, and it was my first time staying on the 53rd floor – so cool, hahaha! The building has 155 rooms across nearly 70 floors, with four elevators that are incredibly fast. Service: The front desk staff just gave a basic introduction when I checked in. Room instructions were sent to my phone. Parking is quite good too; if you leave your license plate number, you get a 30 [currency unit] deduction.

The Jinling's service truly deserves commendation. As soon as I got out of the car, a bellhop proactively offered to help with my luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. I arrived a bit early on my check-in day, so I dropped off my bags and went sightseeing. When I returned to the hotel, I felt very uncomfortable in my stomach. I asked a female front desk attendant if the restaurant had congee. Seeing my condition, she immediately reported it to her supervisor, told me to rest in my room, and arranged for the restaurant to prepare congee and deliver it to my room, complete with some pickles. This really eased my stomach and didn't disrupt my plans for the next day. Although I didn't catch the attendant's name, her thoughtful care deeply touched me. I want to extend my best wishes to her; may her kindness and enthusiastic service help her career soar and bring her every success!

Compared to the beautiful scenery of Yangzhou in springtime, Shangri-La's service left an even deeper impression on me. Especially Ms. Sun Rui, the Guest Relations Manager, who contacted us in advance to understand our itinerary. Upon learning I was traveling with two elderly individuals, she promptly upgraded our room and even helped arrange a late checkout for their comfort. She proactively assisted us with everything from dining to transportation. Both my parents were full of praise for the hotel's service. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance! 🌹🌹

The hotel is located within the Old East Gate scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. We visited Nanjing right after the Spring Festival to avoid the crowds, and the front desk even upgraded our room! After checking in, they personally escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained how to use all the facilities. The hotel also provides complimentary tickets to the Jieziyuan Garden, a small but charming garden where the plum blossoms were in full bloom during our stay.

MM559918****I recently stayed at Element Suzhou Science and Technology City and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel is very warm and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are just the right firmness for a wonderful sleep. The room amenities are comprehensive, from the smart lighting to the high-quality toiletries, and every detail feels thoughtfully thought out. The hotel service is particularly noteworthy. The front desk staff is warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free. The restaurant's breakfast is also rich, varied, and delicious, offering many local specialties. It feels like home. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with convenient transportation. The surrounding commercial areas and attractions are easily accessible, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant one. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

CChifanpeiyinliaoThis hotel is definitely a great place to walk your kids! The ecology is very good! We even saw a hare! But maybe it’s because it’s outdoors! It seems like the door to the candy room is a little broken! Not so easy to close! Then the electric cars in the park require money to use but they are too slow! And the cost is a bit high! The service attitude at the front desk is very good! Very eager to help! The road to the swimming pool is not easy to walk! Must be very careful! It's easy to fall! The locker room environment needs cleaning! The interior of the room is clean and acceptable!

JJiayongThe B&B has a nice courtyard and good service. However, no matter how good the view is, the main purpose is to sleep, and the room had a piercing high-frequency electrical noise that kept me up all night. The owner reportedly sleeps on the second floor himself, so why haven't they fixed this hardware issue? Also, the so-called private courtyard pool is just a small puddle in their guesthouse, not a private pool for your room. I'm truly baffled by this misleading claim. I heard the owner is even a chairman of an association; if a chairman is like this, what about the other member establishments? The chairman said if you mention his name, the restaurants on the street would give you some 'snacks' – but these so-called snacks are just a small flatbread that all restaurants serve, whether you mention his name or not. The restaurant where I mentioned his name even overcharged me by dozens of yuan on the bill. In short, if you're just going for a photoshoot, it might be okay, but if you're truly looking for a relaxing vacation stay, I'd recommend sticking to professional hotels.

JJimodelianrenaFor my father's birthday, I chose the newest five-star hotel in Gusu District for this Suzhou trip. The Kimpton's architectural style, which blends traditional Suzhou gardens and water features with modern facilities and InterContinental's excellent guest services, made my father very satisfied with this year's birthday arrangements. Moreover, we unexpectedly encountered a snow scene after many years; that snowy breakfast time and the sunny departure will become unforgettable memories for our whole family. Of course, even a perfect jade has its flaws, so I'd like to offer some suggestions: 1. **Shoe-changing bench:** It's too light and easily slides when sat upon. The lower edge of the decorative painting behind it curves outward and could easily bump the back of one's head. This safety hazard definitely needs rectification. 2. **Luggage rack & drying rack:** For such a large room, there was no luggage rack. The only place that could barely accommodate a suitcase was also the only place to hang clothes. Freshly washed clothes inevitably drip, which is very impractical. I suggest adding a traditional retractable drying line in the bathroom and a drying rack in the south-facing courtyard. 3. **Privacy of the bathing area:** An open-plan modern design is fine for a king-size bed room, but it becomes awkward for a twin-bed room without a relatively enclosed bathing space. 4. **Bathroom door opening direction:** The outward-opening design is truly unreasonable, to the point that the bathmat can only be placed to the side, or the distance between the bottom of the door and the floor needs to be larger so it doesn't affect the mat when opening and closing. 5. **Switch locations are hard to find:** We couldn't find the switches for the two bedside lamps and the bathroom curtain for two days. I suggest that the concierge could briefly introduce the room facilities when escorting guests to their rooms to enhance the check-in experience, so guests don't have to waste time figuring out how to use them. 6. **Unstable shower water temperature:** The water temperature was slightly low on the first day but very comfortable on the second. 7. **Lighting:** The room is large, but the lighting points are a bit sparse, making the overall ambiance rather dim, especially on cloudy days and at night, which makes it difficult for guests with poor eyesight to see. 8. **Air conditioning system:** The heating was insufficient; it only met standards with the help of a space heater. 9. **Housekeeping service:** They were very friendly, but I hope they come to work not only with a smile but also with their brains. Although guests generally don't fuss over minor issues like forgetting things, such a work attitude is indeed unprofessional. After all, Kimpton Bamboo Grove is a boutique hotel under InterContinental, not a boutique guesthouse. Guesthouses can emphasize personal touch, but a hotel's foundation is standardization. 10. **Breakfast:** The Western options were generally good, especially the baked goods, which were quite decent by current hotel breakfast standards. They also offered heating service, and the butter and cream were in good condition. The freshly made French toast and seasonal panettone were also a pleasant surprise, actually meeting expectations. The pudding bread and pineapple buns are commendable. The cereal with milk and fruit yogurt area felt quite high-end for a basic room priced a little over 1000, and there were also simple options of three cheeses and fresh cold cuts. The only letdown was the scrambled eggs with milk, which were really not good – overcooked and bland. As a restaurant specializing in Su-style and Huaiyang cuisine, the Chinese breakfast selection was truly disappointing, especially the steamed items; none of them were up to par. The only satisfying item was the red soup noodles with braised pork, though from the perspective of Su-style noodles, these hard noodles weren't quite springy enough. But that's a minor issue, as many people prefer a softer texture. The red bean paste tangyuan (small glutinous rice balls) offered on the second day were quite good, with a rich bean paste. It would be even better if they could improve the heat retention, similar to how coffee was delivered to the glass room with a plastic lid on the first snowy day – that showed good awareness. Overall, the restaurant staff had excellent attitudes. What impressed me most was going for breakfast on the second day; they had already arranged seating based on my father's preference. Their proactiveness and enthusiasm in service were impeccable, especially the young women in green suits. The regular Huaiyang cuisine at Bamboo Grove Restaurant was also well-executed, but innovation in traditional dishes needs to be approached with caution. The professional skills of the waitstaff should be further trained to channel their enthusiasm for their jobs effectively and make the guests' dining experience even smoother.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on Pingjiang Road, surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, and it's also not far from Guanqian Street, which is very convenient. The hotel itself has an ancient, charming style, and there were quite a few ladies taking photos in traditional costumes at the entrance. Front desk staffer Xiao Wang provided warm and thoughtful service, even kindly upgrading my room (luckily there was a vacant one). Before I left, he also gave me a souvenir bag of Suzhou specialty snacks. My experience was excellent. I'll definitely come back again.

RRuthWe were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.
