The hotel seems old, i.e. not updated for years. I was moved to this hotel after the hotel I originally booked could not receive foreigners. Tegoo is one of those approved to receive foreigners. The rooms need updating and I believe they allow smoking in the room.

🌟I have visited Zhangzhou many times, and I stayed at this hotel for the first time. I felt it was really worth the money. 🌟The hotel's location, hardware facilities and soft services all feel very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. It’s a perfect weekend trip to Zhangzhou to soak in a hot spring, eat snacks and then go on a citywalk. 🌟I especially recommend Chengdong Seafood Plaza, which is only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. It’s delicious and not expensive.

Children's comments: Lingling is the most fun place to visit in Xiamen. Unfortunately, it only has one day and unlimited admission. Children can observe small animals in depth and gain a lot! Although the zoo is not very big, it is very suitable for walking children. There are many performances a day. When you are tired of watching, go back to the hotel to rest and then go out to play. The children will be happy and the adults will not be tired. My children like to give to brown bears the most. We bought carrots three times (a serving of ￥10). When we raise our hands, the brown bears will stand up. The children are very excited. When we were feeding the giraffes, the children were always scared around us, but the giraffes were really docile. It is most recommended to watch the circus, it is more exciting than the x show, it made my palms sweat [crying tears to smile] [crying tears to smile] [crying tears to smile] Xiaoxi at the front desk was considerate. No matter how late I sent the message, she responded promptly with recommendations.

I enjoyed my stay and would come back again! The staff didn't speak English but I added them on wechat and was able to message them if I had any issues. The room was also spotless. Having a washing machine was nice as I could wash my clothes whenever I wanted. It's also near SM city which is a good place to do a bit of shopping. It's also near a bus station and a short walk to the metro station.

The hotel is so pretty, I love the garden inside which is so cool, there are black swans，peacocks and ostrich.Thanks to the Guest Service Manager Veronica Lin who is so considerate, she introduced the hotel, the rooms and the restaurants. She showed me what is real hospitality who helped me to call the cab, cancel the reservation and book the shuttle service during my stay , she is really a cool girl! When I was checking out, she sent me a small gift with desserts and tea, that’s really nice!

To me the hotel seemed like a really pleasant and quiet place, I didn't hear any noise at night. The room was very clean, a good mattress and pillows. The beach is around a 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good but there are no sunchairs which was a disappointment because I planned to sunbathe near it. Breakfast was not bad with many options to choose from (mostly Chinese food but there was pastry, fruit and vegetables, baguette, bacon, German sausages and fried eggs).

We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at Seaview Resort. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We stayed in a pool spa villa room. An electric golf car could be summoned quickly to take us around the resort from our room. The room service food was delicious as was the Italian restaurant. Was such a treat to have pool access from our terrace. Then we could slowly swim around the canal area. Beautifully landscaped pool and surrounds. It also gave the feeling of privacy due to the layout of the rooms. Even though the hotel itself must have been very busy as it was golden week. The villas area has its own Waterscape cafe for breakfast and afternoon tea. Every pet of the resort was immaculately clean and staff were always somewhere nearby. Special mention must be made of English speaking staff member Ansen. He helped us with our more detailed questions, and gave us insight as to where to go for a nice walk in the gardens or to the beach. He made it seem like nothing was a problem for us during our stay. We truly appreciated his warm assistance. We would recommend this resort to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and there are plenty of facilities available if needed. The best bit however was the location, the hotel is right next to the lake so as soon as you walk out you see it and can stroll around it. Plus it's only a 10 minute walk from the main tourist areas! Only small negative was that I couldn't use the room service app because it didn't recognise my foreign name when I tried to log in.

I can’t say it was a bad staying but it was not as the pictures, the bedroom was small and there were huge water problems( even with spots on the wall). Anyway, although the really central position, the silence and the peace were kept intact, I appreciate!

A lovely posh hotel located on the main island slightly a little further away from the CBD. We truly love the design of the hotel especially the attentive details in the room. From the complimentary mini bar to the toiletries that smell amazing! Everything felt handpicked with care. There is also a bar at the hotel. We tried the tea infused brew and really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay again～

Miss Wu at the front desk was very considerate and helped us upgrade the room type, added a sofa bed, and sent a fruit plate. It was great. Our family of four stayed in a large room and it was very comfortable for two days. Accommodation: The bed is moderately hard, and a blanket can be selected for summer. A sofa bed can also be arranged in the suite, which is very suitable for a family. We asked for a new room but there was not one available. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our beds were clean and to our liking. There was a rope in case of fire but no windows that opened to allow for a person to escape. The room was cleaned very well each day which we appreciated. The hallways in the hotel are disgusting! The rugs are quite filthy and have holes in them. The hotel is rated number one on Trip as they give guests points to turn in for prizes if they leave reviews for the hotel. It is not a bad hotel but the rating compared to what you actually experience is far out of balance. There is a foot massager in the room but you have to pay each time to use it. This is so strange. The women at the front desk were kind, helpful and responsive to our questions. One helped purchase our Impression show tickets and gave us great suggestions for breakfast and tea service.

The hotel staff were friendly but they offered very little help with directions and suggestions of places to visit in the area. I would not recommend staying if you do not speak Chinese. The breakfast was also basic, there was no coffee and we saw two cockroaches by the breakfast buffet.
