Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

Hotel in good location and near mall. A lot if food and shopping. When check in to 1 of the room, smell of smoke a d ask the reception to change room. They are prompt to response and special thanks to trainee, Xiao Han, she lead me to another room on higher floor with a purify inside the room and make sure I'm OK then she leave and said anything can call her again. Appreciated.

Overall I had a great experience. The location is perfect and the hotel had everything that I was looking for such as a nice spa, buffet, pool, and access to the beach. The beach was amazing which has a nice beach club called IPK. The hotel does not speak English , but it is very clean and they have good service. The manager was very helpful and did what I ask to make my stay enjoyable. When you come to this hotel ask for this guy on the picture.

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

I chose to stay at the Hilton Hotel this time, and the experience was great! Upon arrival the staff Cody（Chinese name is wuliguo）added my WeChat. The service was very thoughtful and he took the initiative to improve our stay. The room had wonderful sea view and is actually quite close to the seaside. The sea water in Yalong Bay are very clear, and you can also go swimming in the sea. There is kids club with very friendly and responsible team. Next time we visit Sanya we’d choose Hilton again!

I booked the hotel for my 3 days holiday. I would say this was a memorable experience for me at MGM. It has a great location at Yalong Bay, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor of the hotel looks like a waterworld park, with a lot of swimming & sunbathing places, and even a small water playground for kids. I enjoyed the surf experience in the hotel. Room was very clean, and tidy, and up to standard. We were staying in the lagoon room, with a swimming pool in the front. The pool water was very clean. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese foods. Staff were super nice and really helpful especially Jelly Shen, who ensured a smooth transition of our room. She provided the flexibility and arranged different outdoor activities for us since we are not good in mandarin, and also provided sightseeing advices within the area. In these 3 days, she was more like a friend of us, provided exceptional support for our need. This was one of our best travel experience we had ever. I would highly recommended to stay here for those who like water activities or with kids.

The hotel is a little dated and you can tell it used to be nice and modern. The rooms could use an update or a little “zhuzh”though. The amenities are good and the grounds are well kept. The staff is also amazing and were helpful whenever I had problems. I do get you’re paying for the Marriott brand but compared to other Marriott owned hotels, this hotel is just ok. A bit underwhelming and overpriced. Breakfast was good with a variety of options from Western to Chinese. The restaurant also had tasty, flavourful food I tried for dinner. Big up to this . I was upgraded to the pool access room which was nice, I had escaped cold Shanghai for a warmer place, ended up not swimming because the pool was a little cold. Wish it was heated( maybe the kiddy pool was). Sanya was unfortunately gloomy and cold so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the ocean. Overall the stay was just okay. Nice if you want easy access to a beach you can actually swim in.

Rooms are nice and clean, however for a tropical place they are missing the most important thing.. a fridge 😅 The balcony has a great bathtub, however beware if you have the corner room, your balcony neighbours might catch you nude in the tub eating a pineapple 😅😅 The Breakfast runs all the way till 13:30, big bonus this one. Go a bit later like 11:00, the food is much better but you can still get your coffee etc. and chill outside. The “gym” is not a gym, but there’s a great one just down the road for 20元 a day. It’s one of the older Hotels in Sanya but it’s well maintained, staff is friendly, some English spoken, you can rent an e-scooter directly too. For the price, could stay here again.

First of all, I’m really thanks to Eva❤️ I was arrived at hotel early after checked out another hotel. I didn’t expected to take early check in but Eva told me it’s already ready to check in so we could enter the room early. She was really amazing friend. I am Korean so I’ve being had a hard time traveling China because of language. She helped me by We-chat app and fluent English and I could get lots of information easy. And she gave me the coupon which is taking snap photos free(until 5photos. if you want to choose more you have to pay extra charge.) A photographer was nice, he taught my mom and me how to pose it was very comfy. we bought extra photos. And I booked a shuttle bus to cdf mall at 15:00, so I was worried about killing time until 15:00. So I asked her how to get a late check out, she gave me a free late check out until that time. I think she is an angel🧚. And Actually pullman hotel is deserve to take 5stars. Everyone is smiling and kind, system is comfy and safety. Even You can take room cleaning when you want( I mean you can choose the time.) And I booked a room with breakfast that buffet was quite good. Especially I was in love with coconut bread,,, I really wanted to wrap it in my bag👍 I want to say about pools. There are 4 pools. The one is for only swimming and the depth is 1.5m and I estimate the length is 40m. It seems like infinity pools. And there is the slides that was quite fun for me🌝 And pullman has the tunnel between hotel and beach you can go to the beach very easily and also use the sun beds and towels free(there are Pullman crews). We spend almost all weekends in this hotel since December. And there is no any disadvantages of this place. I travelled a lot and I have the pool of international hotels to compare with. All staff is so friendly and ready to help (especially Karen and Andrew- we do really appreciate their help and support). The hotel is the best combination of price and quality. Definitely the place where we are going to return back many times!

The receptionist was kind enough to help us order food through the ** app, because we were unable to do so. The hotel was really nice, love the place where they sell food and also the reading corner. A pity we came late and had to leave early, if not would love to spend more time in the hotel!

Huge hotel, rooms are big and nice. Food in restaurants good quality and seems reasonable. Staff are super nice, in all areas. Our special compliments to Heidy Hon ( 韓燕琴) who worked at the front reception-was polite, patient and more than willing to help. We were totally impressed with her good service They do need some staff with knowledge of English. The Hot Springs are clean and quiet but it needs more lighting at night. .

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Q Hotel! It is in an excellent location only 5km from Haikou Meilan Airport. There is plenty of shopping and dining in the local area. The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. My room had a large bathroom with excellent water pressure and drainage. I was only in transit so I checked in at 14:00 and checked out at 23:00 so I cannot comment on the breakfast but I bet it would have been amazing! They provided a free shuttle service back to the airport in a private car. Staff were brilliant - friendly, attentive and obliging - special mention to Jack and Li Ping. It's incredibly affordable and excellent value for money. Although far too brief, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Just do it!

The place is at the great location of Haikou, on the old street. You can find anything you want there. It is close to the electric bicycles if you want to cycle somewhere. The place is also accessible by car. The rooms were clean, the toilets either. There were shower appliances too. There is a coffee shop downstairs with multiple seats and electric plugs if you need to work. In the evening, the bar is opened with live music. The only downside was maybe the tenants who liked to listen to the Tiktok music or watch videos loud. But, compared to other places I went in China, it was a very minor issue. Recommend to everyone!

This hotel was a good find. The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The beach is the best thing it has, clean, wild, empty. Bring your own chairs because it is as empty as we show on the pics. The pools are clean and huge, lot’s of space for all guests. Beautiful gardens to walk around. The only issue was food: breakfast was really good with a ton of options for Chinese and western. However, after breakfast you will fin a Chinese restaurant call China Spice with only Chinese food and a bit pricey, the room service menu which was ridiculously overpriced or the food at the bar, which was not great. We ordered Quesadillas that had no cheese, and who knows what was inside, look at the pic of the guacamole. The pizza margarita is your best option there. The piña coladas were a good option. We gave it 4 diamonds because of the food options, you can order delivery through the Apps though, there is nothing around walking distance.

Environment: The location of Holiday Yacht Hotel is very quiet, next to Wanlv Garden, but it is not noisy. The sea view room I booked faces west, so I can only see the sunset. Facilities: The decoration of the room is very unique, especially the ceiling lamps on the roof that imitate the ocean world and can change colors, which is very impressive. The only drawback is that the washbasin is too small and there is a light in the shoe cabinet that doesn't work. There is partridge tea in the room, which tastes very special. Service: I didn’t see the welcome service in the promotional video. It is probably due to optimization and cost reduction. The breakfast is not a buffet but a special morning tea, with open-air seating, and the food is pretty good.

I finally checked in. This hotel was recommended by a friend and my family booked it for me. As an elderly person, I probably wouldn’t have stayed in such a good hotel if my family hadn’t booked the room. This is a hotel run by people from the Northeast. It is relatively close to Haikou Railway Station. You can get there within 20 yuan via online taxi. If you want to go to the airport, you can take their rail transit in Haikou and you can get to Meilan Airport for 7 yuan. I came here to check out the room, the beach and their The swimming pool feels quite good. The small villas are very beautiful in appearance, and there are graphic signs in the hotel. It is more suitable for the elderly and young people to stay. It is a beautiful thing to have a three or five-day trip! It's a pity that I have already bought a ticket to leave the island tomorrow night. Otherwise, I really want to stay a few more days. It is so beautiful, with coconut breeze and sea charm!

I came to this hotel during the summer of 2022, and they were working on the beach, but we still had access to it. I wanted to return because it was a very relaxing experience. I returned for the 2023 Spring Festival, and it was even better because the beach had been renovated. This trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would return to Haikou Shangri-La because the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful.

This place have a big standing the room is just amazing! Big swimming pool , good place to chill and take a rest ! The working people a very nice ! Breakfast is just perfect , Chinese and western . The only problem it's just a little bit far to the center is you want walk but they have some driver can bring you where you want . This place is just amazing

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

Overall, I am very satisfied. We have set a twin room. The boss knows that we want to upgrade to a third-floor suite after watching the sea in the room. The beach is 20 meters outside. There are 45 people at night. The sea activities, and the sea income will be made into seafood porridge, very delicious, Especially after I was tired from catching the sea, everyone had a bowl. I hope to cook more porridge when I come to play in the future. My companion gave the last bowl to 😂, and the boss can buy Tongguling tickets on behalf of me, which is cheaper.
