Romantic Hotels in Jiangsu, China

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! It boasts a garden-style design, with Chinese aesthetics evident in every corner. We visited in early spring, and the blooming flowers made for a beautiful scene everywhere you looked! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff are diligent and keep everything spotless. It's located right next to the Slender West Lake scenic area, and the hotel even provides a car service to a private entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; due to an issue with our high-speed rail departure time, they kindly extended our check-out by two hours for free, which was very considerate!

What an unique experience! Nothing could be more authentic than that! Our room is on the first floor right by the water. We saw many women rowing the gondola boats and serenading beautiful songs to their passengers. We came in a low season, so there wasn’t that much crowd. We could stroll around leisurely to take in all the beautiful sights that this place offers to us. The home stay is operated by a couples. They are so friendly, kind, and always eager to help out, especially the wife (Ms. Chan). The day when we left, she helped us getting a didi ride which is more cheaper than the one we hailed ourselves. The room we stayed in is very unique, it is not super big, but it is very clean and it has everything we needed for the night. All and all, I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Switched over to this hotel from the W, as I wasn't too happy with my stay there. In the past, when I came to Suzhou, I've stayed at the Kempinski, and multiple times at Nan Yuan Hotel and Jinji Lake Hotel. At Nan Yuan, I usually book the family duplex suite which has one king bed and two twin beds. The quad room with two king beds at Wu Gong also perfectly met my needs, and it even had two bathrooms, which was convenient and clean. Overall, I really liked it; it was quiet, friendly, and the service was excellent. My only minor complaints are that the bedding felt a bit damp at times, and there were occasional mosquitoes. Also, the TVs in the other two rooms were old, with faulty screens that sometimes showed pixelated, distorted images. Due to a tight schedule, I unfortunately didn't get to explore the Panmen Scenic Area, or even the hotel itself. I'll definitely come back next time if I get the chance.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the Magnolia room type offered excellent views. The hotel environment was also lovely, with great greenery. The butler service from Building 1, especially from Xiao Hua, was very attentive; she even thoughtfully prepared a foot spa tub. Little Carrot, another butler, was also very enthusiastic. I really loved it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Pingjiang Road, making shopping incredibly convenient. The facilities are brand new and highly intelligent; there's no need for traditional key cards as you can simply use facial recognition to open your door, which saves a lot of hassle. The room also features voice control, and the screen mirroring is very convenient with high clarity and great sound for watching movies. The staff are warm and attentive, truly commendable. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, so I highly recommend staying here.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic city night view. It even had a fridge and washing machine, definitely outperforming most budget hotels! The service was great, and both check-in and check-out were super convenient. Parking in Wuxi city center wasn't expensive either, so the total cost, including the room rate, was really good value for money. Plus, it's right across from Xiaolou Lane Historic District, which is full of character, and food delivery was incredibly convenient! All in all, it's a great choice for both business and leisure travel.

Traveling to Nanjing with my child for spring break was a fantastic experience, largely due to the hotel's excellent service. They upgraded my room for free and even asked if I needed a late checkout. They also helped link my license plate so parking was complimentary. After getting my room card, I was personally escorted to the elevator. The room itself came with complimentary drinks and a welcome fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. The hotel even boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, Meiyuan, and my dining experience there was equally pleasant. When leaving, a polite security guard even opened the car door for me. Overall, a truly wonderful stay.

The hygiene and service were excellent, and the location was super convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and across the street is Xue Shi Street, a food street with tons of dining options and easy access to delivery. It's also within walking distance of Yipu Garden, Huanxiu Mountain Villa, and Baon Temple. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou.

This guesthouse is located above a café, and I really enjoyed the old streets nearby. The view from the window truly captures the essence of Suzhou. All the attractions are close by, and having an electric scooter available is super convenient for getting around and exploring. The room facilities are good. The butler service was excellent – very warm and enthusiastic, and they did their best to meet our needs during our stay.

The room has a separate wet and dry area, it's clean, and the new hotel environment is quite good. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, are very enthusiastic, quick to solve problems, and helped with our luggage. We'll definitely choose this hotel when we come to Nanjing again. We wished we could have stayed longer!
