We had a perfect stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou!
The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, consisting of two connected rooms. One room featured a king-size bed, a large living room, and a luxurious bathroom with a huge bathtub. The second room had two single beds, which was perfect for our two adult children.
The layout was very thoughtful, with two separate bathrooms and toilets, plus an additional guest toilet in the living room. With four of us staying together, we never had to wait for the bathroom — a huge convenience!
The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, featuring beautiful gardens, traditional architecture, and a pagoda, making it feel like a scenic attraction in itself. As a special bonus, the hotel provided a complimentary 60-minute Hanfu experience, allowing us to take wonderful photos around the property.
Honestly, the hotel is so beautiful that you could easily spend a day exploring the grounds without leaving. Another thoughtful touch was that each room was provided with an entire carton of bottled mineral water, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, an exceptional stay with spacious accommodations, beautiful surroundings, and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Suzhou!

This hotel is located near Sanyang Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around. The views are fantastic, especially at night when you can see the city center's nightscape. The room is spacious, with a modern minimalist style, and the large bed is really comfortable. The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful; you can reach them through the hotel's WeChat if you need anything. There are also plenty of famous Wuxi local eateries nearby, like Sanfeng Bridge and Wangxingji. It's also a shopping district, so retail therapy is a breeze. There's even an anime-themed mall downstairs – worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing, it's quite fun! The overall vibe of the hotel is great, and the environment is excellent. Friends visiting Wuxi should definitely come and experience this high-rise hotel. Highly recommended! ✨

My stay at the Furong Garden, Building 8, at Yangzhou Xiyuan Hotel was fantastic overall.
As hotels with ”Xiyuan” (meaning 'guesthouse' or 'reception hall') in their name often are, the environment truly lived up to its reputation. The garden landscape is beautiful; it felt like I was living right in a park, and morning and evening strolls were incredibly pleasant. Building 8 is relatively new, with elegant and sophisticated decor. The room was spacious and bright, the hygiene details were well taken care of, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep.
The service also deserves praise. After booking, the staff were all very warm and professional, and any requests were generally met promptly. The breakfast selection was rich, and the local Yangzhou specialties at Quyuan were very authentic and definitely worth trying.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit Slender West Lake. It offers both the tranquility of a garden hotel and the convenience of easy access.
If you're visiting Yangzhou for travel or a family vacation, Building 8 comes highly recommended. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Yangzhou.

I chose this place last minute, and I really liked the description and the good reviews. I booked one night thinking I'd extend my stay, but it was so popular I couldn't! So, I immediately booked it for a third night instead. It really lives up to being designer-decorated, with huge windows offering amazing views. Even though I don't usually like taking pictures, I couldn't resist snapping a few here. The decor and facilities are very new and clean, and they thoughtfully provided disposable bathtub and toilet covers. The big projector was a hit with my child. I loved that the hotel wasn't too big; it felt quiet, comfortable, and cozy. I didn't realize until I arrived that the location is excellent – everything is close by. They even provide electric scooters, which I absolutely loved. A big thank you to the lovely female and male staff who even helped me with my luggage!

I booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Andu! A beautiful hotel in a very central location. Through a small entrance you reach the second floor, where you find a peaceful oasis of calm.
Beautiful, quiet rooms with a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a fridge stocked with water and soft drinks. The breakfast was also well taken care of.
What really made the difference was the service: extremely friendly and helpful staff, including assistance with arranging transport. Highly recommended!

Great location and comfortable stay. The space is clean and modern. The best experience is the comfort of the bed and pillows which provides a very good rest. The height of our room makes the space much bigger. The room design is great. We wondered about the need for separation of the toilet and shower though which made it a little inconvenient. Apart from that, the stay is great, quiet and restful, while just a few steps away from shopping and food.

The location is fantastic, with a bustling view of Xinjiekou right outside the window. What impressed me most was the service – friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive. The dining options exceeded expectations; the breakfast was diverse with Nanjng specialties, and the formal meals were exquisitely prepared. The room was well-maintained, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food quality was surprisingly good. I especially want to commend the Jia Restaurant on the 56th floor of the Asia Pacific Tower. On our first night, we tried their mini hotpot, and the two single sets were more than enough for two people. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, promptly helping with drinks, clearing plates, and cooking items. We also loved the buffet selection! We had such a happy meal! The next morning, we debated between the ground floor breakfast buffet and the 56th-floor one, but decided to go back to the 56th floor – and we were so glad we did! It was another wonderful experience, feeling right at home. There were many dishes available in the morning. For instance, a waitress kindly cut the Jinling large meat bun for us so we could each have half, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to CY and MYF from Jia Restaurant for their attentive service. The view was also excellent; we could see the beautiful city from our seats. All in all, I highly recommend trying it! I truly appreciate such thoughtful service!
We booked afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge, which featured a beautiful birdcage design. The happy hour's light dinner, part of the executive benefits, was also delicious! I had previously celebrated a birthday at Meiyuan, so this time, I decided to try the Pacific Western Restaurant before checking out, which also offered a beautiful setting and attentive service. I feel like I'll be back very soon just for the delicious food.

Facilities: The showerhead was really comfortable, and the toilet was a smart one with blue light sterilization. The bathtub 🛁 was huge and came with a disposable liner, which was a nice health touch.
Cleanliness: Great, very clean.
Ambiance: A quiet, Japanese-style atmosphere. It felt a bit like a Japanese hot spring, very unique.
Service: When we left, they gave us a special wormwood hammer and a Suzhou embroidery fan. We had bought breakfast, and one portion was missing, so the front desk lady promptly brought us an extra one.
Excellent, I'll definitely come back.

During my trip to Changzhou, the Totoro Elf Hotel wasn't just a cold room; it was a 'home' where I could rest my weary body and soothe my soul. It made me realize that a wonderful business trip isn't about rushing from one destination to another, but about finding a gentle haven amidst your travels where you can shed all your defenses and simply be yourself again. Next time I'm in Changzhou, I believe I'll unhesitatingly choose this place again for another healing encounter with Totoro.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right on Pingjiang Road, making it super convenient to get to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Couple's Retreat Garden. You can walk to all of them in about 20 minutes. For other attractions, it's easy to grab a taxi from Baita East Road. There are plenty of dining options too. My only complaint is that the whole street downstairs has become overly commercialized with too many people doing travel photoshohoots. The authentic, lively atmosphere of Pingjiang Road, with its Pingtang music that my friend used to tell me about, is gone.

WWorld wonders 探险者Nestled in the heart of a picturesque landmark, this guesthouse offers stunning views of Pingjiang Road at night. There's a cat café right across the street, which is a lovely touch. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even do your laundry for free. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making this a fantastic choice for your stay.

Wwl****The location is fantastic, right inside the ancient town. You can get in for free after 5 PM. Plus, after breakfast the next day, you can tour Shen Hall and Zhang Hall for free. The value for money is just incredible! They even provide a bath kit in the room, which is a really thoughtful touch. Big thumbs up, highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience.
The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch.
However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient.
On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!
LlucyzhengrongThe hotel stay experience is great! Must give praise~

• High cost performance: reasonable price, rich breakfast, yun er will stay here next time~

Vvividlee1984This hotel, located in the landmark Zifeng Tower in Nanjing, has been around for a while, but the facilities are still well-maintained, and the InterContinental's service quality is excellent.
Their service is truly proactive. Before check-in, someone personally reached out via WeChat to ask about our needs and prepare everything. Ms. Cora from InterContinental was incredibly nice. Before our trip, she sent us a comprehensive guide to all the dining, entertainment, and attractions nearby – we could have just followed it blindly! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive floor room with a lake view and city skyline, and we even saw a stunning sunrise the next day. My child insisted I write a big positive review for this hotel! Kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and bathrobes were all provided and arranged in the room beforehand. Ms. Cora checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything, which was very thoughtful. She even offered to have staff deliver takeout to our room, though we didn't end up bothering them.
The breakfast was also good, featuring local Jinling specialties like old duck vermicelli soup, which was delicious. Even during peak hours, dining was well-organized.
The hotel's location is excellent, with Gulou subway station offering both Line 1 and Line 4, making it convenient to get anywhere. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanjing – it's incredibly good value for money!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful Chinese New Year holiday at this hotel. The decorations were perfect for taking photos, and the service was thoughtful and warm. The security guard at the entrance even kindly told us about the shuttle bus to the ancient town and gave lollipops to the kids! The lantern show at Daguan Garden was absolutely stunning at night. Since there weren't many people, the kids had a blast running around the corridors. The complimentary travel photoshoot was great value for money, though posed shots aren't really suitable for young children, especially with two of them – props to the photographer for his patience! 😂 The Chinese New Year activities in the lobby were very entertaining. The indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, though not huge, kept the little ones occupied for a while. The heated pool's water was a bit cool, which could be improved. Overall, it's a great resort for families with both elderly parents and young children, and I noticed a surprisingly high number of seniors among the guests! 😝
1110153****A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent – friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools.
The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices.
However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.

WWeixiaowangquqiThe family room was really spacious with two large beds, easily accommodating four people. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn fare, with hot food and noodles, plus convenient to-go coffee cups, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out were both quick. The hotel is right next to MixC World and Metro Line 4, making it super convenient for getting around.
