Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, overall experience was positive room and staff is what you would expect for a hotel like this. Location wise is the only downside, it’s quite inconvenient if you are used to taking public transit in China, you’ll definitely need to take a Taxi or DiDi. The hotel breakfast I found was pretty underwhelming compared to other hotels I’ve been to in China. Yes there’s a lot of options but the taste was underwhelming. They have à la carte options which I found to be more enjoyable compared to the buffet style breakfast. The pool and gym was nice, there’s a lifeguard on duty, not much to add, you do need a bathing cap like all other pools in China, the gym is pretty limited but decent for a hotel. If you’re in Xiamen, you could consider booking this hotel for the views and nice hotel amenities. But if you prioritize location, I would consider other options on Xiamen island.

Let me write a serious review about this accommodation experience. I landed at 1 AM, and there was still a staff member there for the late-night airport pickup. Communication was very smooth. Thumbs up. It was already late when I checked in. A second staff member helped me with the check-in process and then assisted with carrying my luggage. This saved a lot of time and effort. Thumbs up. The next day, I wanted to extend my stay, but it seemed all the rooms were booked. I bothered the second staff member again to help coordinate, and eventually, I didn't have to switch rooms and could continue staying in my original room. Thumbs up. It happened to be graduation season for university students, so there were many young people staying who were up late at night. As a middle-aged person who has trouble sleeping, I once again bothered the front desk staff. Their response was very quick, and after a while, the surroundings became much quieter. I felt really bad about bothering the staff; as the saying goes, 'customers' requests keep the staff on their toes,' but their attitude was genuinely excellent. The apartment was also clean, and the disposable amenities made me feel more at ease. Thumbs up. Finally, the staff member asked if I needed an airport drop-off. From start to finish, the service was complete and thorough. Thumbs up. The beach opposite the apartment was less crowded, had a great atmosphere, and was perfect for photos.

Absolutely unbeatable sea view, a special modern landmark building in Xiamen! The standard rooms are clean and tidy. The owner was always responsive to our questions and requests during our nearly week-long stay. To ensure our family could have rooms next to each other, he even upgraded one room for free. He really goes above and beyond to help! The surrounding area has everything: shopping malls, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's also a short drive to all the major attractions. The value for money is incredible. I genuinely recommend this place!

The view was great and the room was nice. The front desk lady provided excellent service. However, the cleaning staff was quite perfunctory. I won't even mention the dust in the corners, but there were clumps of hair in obvious places. Also, when cleaning during my extended stay, she was in a huge hurry to finish her shift and kept rushing me. She even swiped her card to enter the room herself while I was in the bathroom, which startled me! She knew I was in the bathroom and just kept knocking on the door, rushing me! Unbelievable!

We arrived a bit early for check-in, but the front desk staff was very accommodating and processed our request. They even helped us switch rooms when the initial one wasn't suitable, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly soft. We had a fantastic view of Gulangyu Island right across the water. All five of us loved it and are already looking forward to our next stay! The hotel's location is a tranquil oasis amidst a bustling area; it's a ten-minute walk to the commercial district, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and catching a movie. Coming back to the room at night, the mini-bar had free drinks readily available, making it incredibly cozy to snuggle on the sofa and watch a show. The service was impeccable! The front desk patiently helped us understand the room types and even proactively recommended great local date spots, explaining the routes clearly. When we checked in and mentioned we were a couple, we not only received a late check-out benefit, but the cleaning staff also thoughtfully avoided us when they saw the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, ensuring our private time was completely undisturbed. This stay not only made us comfortable but also significantly deepened our connection. There were no deliberate gimmicks, just genuine, sweet details. We'll definitely choose this place for our next date; we want to experience all the themed rooms! I wholeheartedly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic time together – you can't go wrong!

Had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel's ambiance is excellent, with a lovely Nanyang-style decor that's pleasing to the eye, from the lobby to the room interiors. Our room had a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful sea view. The in-room amenities were also top-notch, including a Dyson hairdryer and branded toothpaste. The breakfast was incredibly rich, a combination of à la carte and buffet options, even featuring shark fin and other seafood – truly understated luxury.

Came here with my parents, and the two-bedroom apartment was just perfect. The environment was clean and comfortable, and it was convenient to get around.

Excellent transit stay near Fuzhou Changle Airport! The apartment is spacious, clean, and offers a lovely sea view. The owner provides free airport pickup/drop-off and was very friendly – he even dropped us at Wanshou subway when available (ask in advance). Located just a 5-minute walk from a beach, with a few small restaurants and a mini-mart nearby, perfect for breakfast. Highly convenient for an overnight airport stop.”

Originally, I thought for a hotel booked over the New Year's Day holiday for just over 200 yuan, with free parking and being so close to Zhongshan Road (about a ten-minute walk, no need to drive at all), I should lower my expectations. But in reality, it far exceeded them. Even though we stayed in the cheapest room type, the service didn't lag at all. Someone greeted us from the hotel lobby to the elevator, helped with our luggage, and was very polite. Although the room didn't have a window, every corner was spotless, and amenities were complete with no extra charges. When we returned the next morning after going out, we found that the cleaning staff, noticing our toothbrushes on the table, had left disposable cups and a thoughtful note. This was really touching because we are both introverts, and receiving such proactive service made us genuinely happy. The hotel also offers a buffet; staying guests only pay 89 yuan per person. You can find almost all the local specialty snacks from nearby Zhongshan Road here, and you can even see the sea from the window seats. As an out-of-towner, I found the food quite good. Xiamen is beautiful, but being able to stay in such a hotel truly makes traveling much more stress-free, and our mood became even more pleasant. If there's a next time, we would definitely choose to stay here again.
