Service: The hotel staff all had professional smiles; some were genuine, while others felt more perfunctory, which guests could clearly notice.
Environment: The highest hot spring pool hadn't been cleaned; there was moss growing on the bottom, making it slippery, which was a concern since we were with an elderly person.
Facilities: Xiamen is still quite hot in December, so it's a bit hard to understand why the rooms don't uniformly provide air conditioning.
Hygiene: At the buffet, I picked up a plate that had obvious dried-on food residue stuck to the bottom.
Perhaps because it was a rare trip with an elderly person, my expectations were higher, but overall, it wasn't as good as my last experience here.
I'd like to commend the staff member in the hot spring changing area at 3:30 PM on the 6th. As soon as I entered, they asked for my number tag and guided me, thoughtfully brought a waterproof phone pouch, and showed me the way to the hot spring area. Also, the security guard in the takeout area near the entrance at 7:50 AM on the 7th proactively helped hold the cabinet door when I had a lot of items to pick up. And the parking attendant or security uncle at the entrance at 1:00 PM on the 7th, when we were checking out, saw the elderly person walking and came over to help guide them, reminding them about the small steps. I only managed to get a photo of the hot spring staff's nametag, but I've provided the times for the other two staff members. I hope the hotel can convey my thanks to them. đĽš

Staying at the Wuyi Chunbo Yueming Villa in Wuyishan truly exceeded my expectations! The privacy is top-notch, and the courtyard even has its own tea table. Sipping rock tea and gazing at the lush greenery in the morning instantly creates a wonderful ambiance. The interior amenities are also incredibly thoughtful, with Dyson hairdryers and L'Occitane toiletries as standard. The oversized bathtub allows you to enjoy a bath while watching your favorite shows, and all the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary. Turndown service even includes sweet soup and pastries â the attention to detail is truly impressive. Plus, the hotel offers 24-hour golf cart shuttle service, free rental of Song Dynasty costumes for ancient-style photoshoots, and even experiences like seal carving and tea ceremonies, reminiscent of Song-era elegant gatherings. It's not just a place to stay; it's an immersive cultural getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to truly relax in Wuyishan!

Quanzhou is wonderful, and Quanzhou Hotel was a significant part of that wonderful experience. First, the hotel's location is superb, making everything from dining to shopping and transportation incredibly convenient. After checking in, we picked up our child from Jinjiang Airport, which was less than an hour's round trip. Nearby attractions like Kaiyuan Temple, West Street, Bell Tower, Confucian Temple, Guan Yu Temple, Qingjing Mosque, and various alleyways are all within a 15-minute walk. The 'Xiaobai Che' (mini-vans that stop on demand) were truly Quanzhou's greatest convenience for travelers and locals alike, allowing us to go out and come back whenever we pleased. We visited our favorite spots multiple times within two days. The hotel's Wenling Hall specializes in authentic Minnan cuisine; the ginger duck, oyster omelet, and fried vinegar pork were all delicious. The peanut soup was simply amazing, and the hotel even offered it for free to guests, though we unfortunately ran out of stomach space. The hotel also provided complimentary exquisite Quanzhou-style dim sum daily. The small garlic twigs were incredibly crispy, much tastier than those bought outside, and neither oily nor sweet. We also loved the colorful souvenir coasters the hotel gave us. Just a few steps from the hotel, we found authentic Quanzhou snacks like Shuimen Guozi Mianxianhu, Wen'a Shuiwan, Bingzhengtang Shihua Gao Siguotang, and Ai'a Shihua Gao Siguotang. And the pickled radish roll with peanuts from Jinyu Lane truly opened up a new world of snack possibilities â this peculiar combination was surprisingly appetizing and delicious! đđ During our two days in Quanzhou, we also enjoyed plenty of taro cakes and olive juice. I have a suggestion: the hotel might as well hide the weighing scales; seeing the scale go straight up is quite disheartening đđ. Hotel parking is convenient, and because of its excellent location, there's no need to drive out once you're there. It's also worth mentioning that the room type was excellent. We, a couple with our parents and child (4 adults), stayed very comfortably in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom interconnected suite. It allowed for both independence and easy communication, adding a lot to our warm trip. We will definitely return to Quanzhou in the future and will choose Quanzhou Hotel again.

First off, the hotel is a bit old. The TV in the room didn't work very well, with a snowy screen, and the breakfast was just okay. Also, the complimentary afternoon tea from 3tea only offers tea, no pastries, and it seems you can't use it at every branch; you have to ask first.
That being said, the 70-square-meter suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough. The room service was also excellent.
Finally, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Aria. Her service was fantastic, she was very responsive, and she did her best to fulfill all requests. Excellent job!
An excellent 5-star hotel facing the lake with great views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of high-quality options. It offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for a return visit to Xiamen.

After returning from Meizhou Island, we saw Shangri-La recommended on Ctrip and made a beeline for it. The lobby decor, as always, exuded the classic Shangri-La style. The concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, though I wasn't quite accustomed to the taste of Yan Jiao (a type of wonton made with pork skin, if I recall correctly). The ancient bridge right next door was also a picturesque sight.
A special mention goes to Tina, who was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She gave us fantastic recommendations for local dining and attractions. When arranging our room, she noticed we had children and thoughtfully sent up kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The welcome fruit was also pre-arranged, featuring a large, fresh bunch of grapes and two wonderfully juicy and tender pears. Her service was truly attentive and personalized.
We were only passing through Putian on our way back from Meizhou Island this time, but we unexpectedly discovered that Putian is definitely worth revisiting! Next time, we'll plan a dedicated trip here and will absolutely stay at the Shangri-La again. We really hope to see Tina again then! đđ

Highly recommend this hotel for families with a baby! We traveled with our 4-year-old and absolutely loved it.
**Pros:**
1. **Kid-Friendly:** They provided a bed rail for the crib, preventing our child from rolling off. The hotel also arranged for kids' toiletries and slippers. The swimming pool was empty, so our little one had it all to themselves, haha! They even offered disposable bathtub liners. The attention to detail was excellent, and the toiletries brand was top-notch!
2. **Convenient Location:** Getting around was easy, with good transport links and a decent surrounding area. There were shared e-scooters available downstairs, making it super convenient to ride with our child to Xunpu Village and enjoy the views of fishing boats along the way. The Ferris wheel was right next door, offering stunning night views.
Special shout-out to Lei at the front desk â he was wonderful! He upgraded our room and even gave our baby complimentary orange juice!
**For families with kids, please consider this:** I strongly advise against staying at the highly-rated guesthouse in West Street. The hygiene there was concerning. West Street itself is often congested, making travel difficult, and the huge crowds aren't ideal when you have a child. The street doesn't have much unique character either; apart from searching for those 'must-try' restaurants, there's not much else to see, do, or buy.

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience.
Location & Transportation:
The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel.
Staff Service:
The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning.
Laundry & Amenities:
The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan.
Room Quality & Layout:
We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintainedâa crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities.
In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

Advantages: 1. The hotel is new, the facilities are new, the quality is high, and there is no odor when staying;
2. The price and accommodation conditions are very cost-effective;
3. If you bring your children with you, you will get a small doll as a gift when you check in;
4. There is a refrigerator for you to bring your own drinks, coffee, tea, and 4 bottles of mineral water are provided free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are all brand new packaging.
Disadvantages: 1. I checked in at 2:50 pm, but the front desk only gave me one room. They explained that the other room could not be cleaned and it would take another hour. Because I booked 2 rooms in full on Ctrip one week in advance, the hotel should have cleaned and reserved the paid rooms in advance, instead of explaining that the cleaning was not done after the guests arrived and making them wait for the rooms.
2. Check-in took too long. It took almost 20 minutes to check in for two rooms. During the check-in process, I was still waiting at the counter when a guest came in and threw a room card in. The front desk checked him out and asked him to get a parking card, etc. They totally ignored the order of service. It was very unprofessional.
3. There was no welcome fruit when I entered the room. I told the staff on the same floor and they said they would arrange it right away. But when I came back a few hours later, there was still no fruit. Finally, I called the front desk and they arranged for the fruit to be delivered. Shouldn't the guest be notified of the fruit delivery as soon as check-in is confirmed? Why do they have to contact us twice?
4. The bathroom trash can has no bag or lid. In a confined space, the odor in the trash can will come out after a long time, which really loses points~
5. The hotel is newly renovated, and the windows are on the side, so you can only open a small gap. There is a noticeable decoration smell when you sleep at night, and the sour smell of formaldehyde and glue is quite strong
6. The room temperature was 24.5 degrees Celsius that day. Because the room was not ventilated, it was stuffy. As a result, the air conditioner only blew out normal temperature air, and I sweated a lot. However, the heating was normal.
7. Booking a room with buffet breakfast on Ctrip costs an additional 69 yuan per person. As I was not sure about the itinerary at that time, I did not choose breakfast. Later, I went to the store to ask the front desk, and they said I had to pay 128 yuan per person. I said that the Ctrip booking was 69 yuan per person. The front desk changed the words and said that the on-site booking at the front desk would be more than 80 yuan. I asked if they could give me the Ctrip price. The front desk said that the on-site booking would be more than 80 yuan, or you could go out and experience the breakfast in Zhangzhou by yourself. The tone of voice at that time was a bit choking, which made people feel very uncomfortable.
PS: I saw many reviews from Ctrip users, some said they received breakfast coupons, and those with children also upgraded their rooms. Unfortunately, I didnât catch any of them~
In general, the hardware conditions are good, the software services still need to keep up, and the odor from the decoration still needs to be removed~

PPaulConvenient location with a nice fitness center. The noodle soup made for your breakfast was the best of the best! I had to drink all fruit juices after a nice running in the gym. The paintings on the wall gave me the feel of an art museum.

2230981****The most outstanding feature of Wuyi Mountain Villa is its excellent location, being incredibly close to the Wuyi Palace sightseeing bus station, making it very convenient to visit all attractions in Wuyishan. The hotel is a garden-style property with a pleasant and scenic environment. However, the interior facilities are only at a three-star level. Additionally, because the leisure area is open-plan and directly adjacent to guest rooms, some ill-mannered guests would play cards and make noise late into the night. Even after a tiring day of hiking, I couldn't get to sleep due to the noise, which shows how loud it was. No staff members came out to remind or stop them, which is something that needs improvement.

GGuest User**Facilities:** As an established five-star hotel, the facilities feel quite dated. The TV picture quality, in particular, was noticeably poor.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was generally satisfactory, and I appreciated the subtle, fresh fragrance in the lobby.
**Location:** The location is excellent; it's conveniently situated about 200 meters from the subway station and also very close to the pier.
**Service:** While the staff were friendly, their professional competence and efficiency could certainly be improved.
AACW2001An excellent 5-star hotel facing the lake with great views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of high-quality options. It offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for a return visit to Xiamen.
JJacq Jacq NeoTop notch service by Langhamâs Place Guest relation officer , Ms Pearl. We were warmly greeted by her once we checked in and she went the extra mile to prepare the birthday celebration for my spouse. Upon asking, she recommended several places to dine around the hotel vicinity. When I had a parcel delivered to me, she made sure that I received it too. Iâve met many diligent GROs and concierge in the hotel industry , but none as thoughtful as her.
The room is clean and spacious, and the pool is decent. The steam room and sauna looks interesting but I did not try. The breakfast is a wide spread but itâs pretty much the same thing daily.
The hotel is next to a mall with many eateries nearby.
