Bringing my family for a vacation in Xiamen, our stay here was luxurious yet incredibly cozy! ✨
• **Prime Location:** Situated in a bustling part of Xiamen, getting around was super easy. Surrounded by shopping areas and attractions, it was convenient to reach popular spots like Gulangyu Island and Xiamen University, while also meeting our family's daily shopping and dining needs.
• **Impeccable Cleanliness:** Both our room and the public areas were spotless. The high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities were clean and exquisite. The attention to detail really showcased German precision, making both the elderly and children feel completely at ease.
• **Exceptional Service:** From the doorman's welcome to room service, the care was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff proactively looked after our family's needs, such as providing children's amenities and arranging luggage handling. We truly felt at home.
• **Excellent Facilities:** The hotel boasts a luxurious pool, a fitness center, and quality restaurants. Some rooms even offer city views. It perfectly catered to both adults looking for relaxation and children wanting to play, making it ideal for a family vacation.
Overall, it's a benchmark for high-end hotels in Xiamen. If you're traveling with family and seeking quality and comfort, I highly recommend it! 👍

This old five-star hotel is conveniently located next to the Licheng District People's Government, close to West Street and Zhongshan Road. It's a grand property with a large front courtyard, a back courtyard, and a side building. The rooms are decorated in a luxurious European style, fully equipped with all necessary facilities and amenities. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a self-service laundry room, among other features. What truly stands out, however, is the service attitude and quality. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly polite, proactive, and helpful, assisting with luggage, for example. Every evening, guests receive snacks and fruit, and peanut soup and milk are offered – all consistent with the management standards of a five-star hotel. Perhaps due to numerous training and reception events, the main building, Donghui Building, was fully booked, so I was assigned a room in the Nanxin Building, which was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices including local specialties like Shacha noodles, Mianxian paste, and vinegared meat. My only minor critique is that the staff making freshly prepared items at breakfast sometimes struggled to keep up with the volume of diners, so you might need to remind them a few times if there’s something specific you want. Overall, Quanzhou Hotel is impressive in every aspect – its location, facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service all deserve high praise!
Pan Pacific Xiamen Hotel exceeded all my expectations – a perfect score experience!
I initially chose this hotel for its concert shuttle service and its proximity to Dongdu Wharf, which would make it convenient for my trip to Gulangyu the next day. I was a bit concerned that a hotel built in 2014 might be showing its age, but all my worries vanished after checking in!
The service was truly impeccable: even though there were only two of us going to the concert, the hotel still arranged a private car for pickup and drop-off, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively opened the car door and handled our luggage. After check-in, they even escorted our bags all the way to the elevator – excellent attention to detail.
The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained; the decor didn't feel outdated at all, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location is superb, offering incredibly easy access to Dongdu Wharf.
Both the value for money and the service are top-notch. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Xiamen, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

This hotel truly understands what travelers need! The lobby surprisingly has a tobacco and tea shop, which is super convenient if you want to grab some souvenirs or emergency drinks and cigarettes – no need to run around looking for them. Even more thoughtful, there's a tea station, and the duty manager, Xiao Huang, served me a wonderfully fragrant jasmine tea. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip!
This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.

I highly recommend the Pullman Shishi Hotel for your New Year's Day trip to Quanzhou with family!
The hotel's location is excellent, it has parking, a gym, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. The LOFT room type is very spacious with two beds, offering great value for money for families. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and even allowed a late check-out. The housekeeping was also very thorough!

The front desk staff was incredibly rude. When I was checking in, there was a male staff member who wouldn't even acknowledge me unless I spoke to him first. He didn't even say hello! He actually asked me, 'What do you want?!' We were a whole family with luggage, what else would we be doing at the front desk?! Are you crazy? In all my years of traveling, this is the worst front desk I've ever encountered. What's even more infuriating is that when we checked out, another gentleman was given a complimentary souvenir, but I wasn't! It's not about the cheap trinket itself; if I had to ask for it, I'd despise myself. But to be treated differently? Is it because I booked through Ctrip that they acted this way? This is the first time I've ever encountered such a disgusting hotel! They clearly look down on their customers! Honestly, everything else about the hotel was fine, but the front desk was absolutely repulsive.

Traveling during the off-season 🏃 was incredibly comfortable!
This is an old-school state guesthouse, nestled against Dawang Peak, boasting a superb natural environment. The room layout was also very comfortable. The hotel grounds felt extensive enough for a half-day stroll, and a walk up the back hill was quite enjoyable. Plus, there's a cute little dog! 🐶

GGuest UserAfter switching from Andaz to Swissôtel, my elders praised Swissôtel for its more comprehensive amenities. The pool even has a sauna, and the water temperature is just right with plenty of space. I especially want to commend the breakfast at Xin Nan Xuan on the hotel's third floor; the quality even surpasses most dim sum places in Guangdong. During my stay, something unpleasant happened in the parking lot in the middle of the night, but thankfully the hotel promptly notified me, preventing it from affecting my next day's plans. The hotel's hygiene and environment are not as bad as some comments suggest; for a hotel that has been open for many years, the room maintenance and cleanliness are quite good.
CChidaobaoThere was one staff member, 'Jingjing,' who particularly stood out. She was incredibly dedicated in her introductions and very good at solving problems, leaving a fantastic first impression of the hotel. When checking out, I encountered several housekeeping staff, and one lady in a black uniform was also very kind, repeatedly reminding us to call for the shuttle. I believe she might be a supervisor in that area. She even spoke Fuzhou dialect with my mother. I will definitely arrange future events here. I'm so satisfied that I wanted to write a bit more – these excellent frontline staff members are truly an asset and the management should definitely retain them.

GGuest UserThe environment here is lovely, and the service attitude is excellent. This hotel really offers a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. The breakfast was delicious, even if the variety wasn't huge. The location is superb, the surroundings are very spacious with great greenery, and it's convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again!
GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The hot spring pool was especially comfortable; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed, both body and mind. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel well-cared for from check-in to check-out.
CChor GheeSuperbly located in a quiet leafy neighborhood next to a beautiful lake (good for birdwatching during spring). Very well maintained hotel premise - despite its 3-decade old history - kudos to hotel management. The central atrium is impressive with a nice historical mural, ideal for a delightful afternoon coffee or evening cocktail. Has a 15m open-air pool that is open throughout the year (a rare gem in Xiamen) - sparklingly clean water, refreshingly cool, with nice view of the lake through the pool terrace. Adjacent to hotel is a cosy bar / F&B enclave - offering a variety of foodie options. The on-premise Italian and fusion-Vietnamese restaurants are very popular among locals and tourists alike.
BBen Ong SGOur experience at Jingmin Hotel is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly with special thanks to one of their staff, Mr. Riley, who went the extra mile to assist my son when he required medical assistance.
The location is also very convenient, with lots of eatery nearby and just a short walk to the metro.
The room is also very clean with good WiFi.
DdreamI chose the InterContinental for my business trip to Xiamen. This hotel is ideally located near the sea, and the 12th-floor sea-view room offered an amazing, unobstructed panoramic view. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the lovely housekeeper even helped me organize and fold my clothes.
The hotel breakfast had a great variety, and the seafood buffet dinner also featured a mini hot pot, which was fantastic.
Also, the hotel service was very attentive. I added the WeChat concierge, Rosi, who provided warm and thoughtful service. Many thanks!
