Decided on the private tour as I have a young family. My tour guide Phoenix was amazing, adapting the itinerary and stories for our family needs. She was very engaging with the kids and took them to fun little spots to collect stamps. She even gifted us a beautiful map of the palace, which was a nice surprise.

We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.

A great tour! It's very convenient that you can see three main sights in one day. Of course, the tours aren't very detailed and the guide doesn't tell much, but it's more than good for a first introduction! The guide, Van, is pleasant and patient.

The tour was really perfect. We booked it so that we wouldn't walk aimlessly through the Forbidden City and what can we say? We are super happy to have met Elaine. She told us a lot of useful things and took a lot of time to show us the best photo spots. She even helped us take pictures. The tour was also perfect in terms of time. Thank you so much!
