How to Get Trip.com VIP Lounge Access

Step 1: Check Your Membership Level

Sign in to your Trip.com account on your phone to see your membership level. If you are a Platinum member, you get 1 free pass to the Trip.com VIP Lounge. Diamond members get 2 free passes, and Diamond+ can get 3 free access to Trip.com VIP Lounge!

Step 2: Unlock VIP Lounge Access with Over 3 Bookings

Your Trip.com membership level depends on how many bookings you've made in the last 12 months. Here is what you need to reach each level:

Step 3: How to Use Your Trip.com VIP Lounge Access

  • You can only use your VIP lounge access when booking flights on Trip.com if there's an eligible lounge at the airport you're leaving from. If your flight gets canceled, you lose the lounge access.
  • You need to claim your lounge access by 11:59 PM the night before your flight.
  • Once you claim it, you will get a QR code to enter the lounge.
  • You can't use this perk for Flight + Hotel packages, and you can only get it through the Trip.com app or mobile website.

How Long are Member Tiers Valid For?

Since April 2023, Trip.com has a new membership system. When users reach a higher membership level, they get to keep that status for a whole year. After that year is up, the membership level will be updated based on how many bookings they have made.
