How to Get Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
Step 1: Check Your Membership Level
Sign in to your Trip.com account on your phone and check your membership level. If you are a Platinum member, you'll get 1 free pass to the Trip.com VIP Lounge. Diamond members get 2 free passes. Diamond+ members can get 3 free accesses to the Trip.com VIP Lounge!
Step 2: Unlock VIP Lounge Access with Over 3 Bookings
Your Trip.com membership level depends on how many bookings you've made in the last 12 months. Here is what you need to reach each different level:

Gold | 1+ completed booking |
Platinum | 3+ completed bookings |
Diamond | 8+ completed bookings (At least US$1000) |
Diamond+ | Spend US$10,000 within 1 year |
Step 3: How to Use Your Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
- You can only use your VIP lounge access when booking flights on Trip.com.
- You need to claim your lounge access by 11:59 PM the night before your flight.
- Once you claim it, you will get a QR code to enter the lounge.
How Long are Member Tiers Valid For?
Since April 2023, Trip.com has had a new membership system. When users reach a higher membership level, they get to keep that status for a whole year. After that year is up, the membership level will be updated based on how many bookings they have made.
How Does Trip.com Member Tier System Work?
It usually takes a little while for your membership level to update. Check out this table for the details:

It is good environment with simple foods, like chicken rice very much. It is good for transit ppl for more than 2 hours where can have a good rest in the plaza. Toilet facility is good and clean.

Had a midnight layover at Plaza Premium Lounge in Singapore during our couple trip. The lounge was clean, quiet, and a comfortable place to rest between flights. Even late at night there were still hot food options, snacks, and drinks available. Overall a pleasant and relaxing layover experience. Will definitely revisit again when we have a layover at changi airport again!

Lounge access was smooth. Simply scanned my QR code and got in. The lounge itself was quite busy, I was there on a Saturday afternoon. I found a cubicle to sit in so it was pleasant. The food was ok, nothing too fancy. Options like hot and cold dishes, coffee station, bar, and cold drinks. The service was good! Shower was clean and comfortable. 30min is good as I dont take long to shower

My 2nd to the lounge. A wonderful place for hanging with Fd before boarding. The food are awesome , beautiful view , seat are comfy. Highly recommend if you guys had the chance to go

Basically it is a trick to queue into the gate so the process is very fast do not need to check the name do not have to surname he will ask you exactly how many hours it is basically inside to come and go are those things, but more convenient than you use a credit card
