Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

As foreign travellers, we ran into some difficulties purchasing attraction tickets and bus transfer due to lack of a local phone number. We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. He made us feel very welcome, and his help left us with a wonderful impression of Handan☺️ Thanks David!

My stay at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fortune Centre was excellent overall. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and the amenities were comprehensive. I'd especially like to thank Lillian, one of the staff members. She handled communications very professionally, proactively addressed my billing concerns, and meticulously helped me check the room both before and after my stay. Her thoughtful greetings and genuine, easygoing demeanor, coupled with her efficient way of working, made her service truly heartwarming. This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The overall experience of staying in the hotel room this time was good. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration was simple and stylish, the bedding was soft and clean, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart toilet and constant temperature shower improved the comfort. The room was equipped with free mineral water and high-speed WiFi to meet daily needs. The service staff was enthusiastic and responded promptly. Overall, it was cost-effective and a good choice whether it was a business trip or a leisure trip.

An absolutely fantastic experience! Not only was the service excellent, but the room was also spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a relaxing hot bath in the in-room bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, so there was plenty to choose from. The executive lounge on the 53rd floor was also great, with attentive service. The evening food selection there exceeded my expectations – I didn't even need to go elsewhere for dinner. The red wine I had was also very good, smooth and not at all astringent.

The room was incredibly hot. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it wouldn't turn on; it showed 29 degrees Celsius. It was a high floor, so I couldn't open the windows (there were no windows). The hotel reception said there was no underfloor heating, only the air conditioning was on for heating. We arrived around 10 PM, the child was tired, the toilet was incredibly smelly, and the whole room was awful—hot and smelly. They only provided a fan, and the child fell asleep almost immediately. I really wanted to change rooms. In the morning, I left the door open, ate breakfast, and left quickly. When I came back, the room was still hot. The two hotels are next to each other, and the room types are basically the same. The slide-themed room I booked had a slide that was practically unusable; it was all at a 45-degree angle, and the child was too scared to play on anything too steep. There was also a bump when coming down the slide. The service wasn't up to 5-star standards either. There was no one on the first floor; we had to go to the 32nd floor to check in.

比較了好幾家感覺這應該是性價比高的民宿。一進房間感覺空間很開闊，簡約清新的裝修看着舒服，尤其是有一個大面積的玻璃窗讓屋裡採光很好，休息着就很得勁。而且窗外能看到草原、風車和露營天幕，從我們這過來第一次看見這種風景。很美，哈哈哈 屋內有大屏電視看着很爽😀其他的設施也很全。床應該是比較好的吧，躺在上面很舒服。雖然是木地板但是沒有異響，打掃得很乾凈，屋裡還有綠植點綴，讓房間很有氛圍感 民宿帶獨立小院，還有草坪，超級超級大！感覺在這拍照、野餐都合適。位置去七彩森林、中國馬鎮、大汗行宮車程都很短，出行遊玩很方便。最最最重要的是老闆待人超級熱情周到，有任何遊玩問題都會耐心解答，從吃到玩都給我們介紹的很到位！體驗感非常好！看老闆這麼熱情所以值得寫這麼多給大家推薦，祝老闆生意興隆😎

During the Qingming holiday, I stayed at this hotel while visiting Handan, and it was incredibly convenient. It meets all kinds of needs, as it's just across the street from the Handan Museum, Art Gallery, Library, as well as Handan's largest shopping mall, Meile City, and Longhu Park. For a tier-three city, staying at an international chain 4-star hotel offers really good value for money.

TL;DR: A high-quality design hotel with a well-thought-out room layout, tucked away in a quiet corner of the park. The shuttle service is on-demand, and the service is exceptional, comparable to top-tier international brands. Five-star recommendation! This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.
