This was my second stay here and it was perfect! The official check-in time is 3 PM, but I arrived earlier around noon. The front desk staff noticed there was a vacant room and let me check in right away. They even had my luggage sent directly to the room, which was a huge help because the place is quite large and it would have been a trek to carry it myself. The staff also provided a hotel map and some delicious welcome pastries. All in all, I'll definitely be back!
I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and was quite nervous before arriving, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We booked a family suite, which was very spacious. With the partition door closed, it effectively became two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. It's perfect for families, especially those with two children. The hotel's location is super convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor downside is that the variety and quality of the hotel breakfast could use some improvement.
The hotel is very close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, about a 30 RMB taxi ride or just three bus stops away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and their Mandarin was excellent, making communication a breeze. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with good soundproofing. Breakfast is served on the third floor, offering both Chinese and Western options. You can even scan a QR code to order freshly cooked eggs and noodles delivered right to your table.
The hotel's location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find a wide variety of eateries, including snack shops, local tea restaurants, Portuguese cuisine, and even a McDonald's. There are also several supermarkets nearby. It's just a 10-minute walk to Wynn Macau. From there, you can take a shuttle bus to Wynn Palace in Cotai, which then gives you easy access to The Venetian, The Londoner, The Parisian, and Studio City. It's incredibly convenient!
The room was excellent, with fantastic amenities and great hygiene. The environment was comfortable and cozy, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. They even gave us a free room upgrade and, to top it off, a complimentary data roaming package for Hong Kong and Macau! Really appreciate such a warm gesture đ
To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to bring our child for a one-night stay in Macau and chose the Studio City Celebrity Tower without hesitation. Right from exiting the port, we could take the free shuttle bus directly to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Lotus Light Rail Station, making it easy to reach various attractions. What was most heartwarming was that after we mentioned it was our anniversary, the hotel decorated our room beautifully and even gave us a small cake. There were also snacks in the room, perfect for a quick bite after exploring. Downstairs, there's a kids' play area, a water park, Pop Mart, and Don Don Donki, so you can easily spend half a day just within the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied, it's really great for families with kids!
Everything was pretty good, including the cleanliness and environment. The only thing I found a bit hard to understand was the deposit situation; they don't accept electronic payments. I really think they should clearly state the deposit amount and payment methods (cash or credit card) prominently on the homepage. I didn't notice this when booking and ended up not having enough cash on hand.
Very perfect stay here. The room is spacious and provide free drinks and completed amenities.
The staff is super courtesy.
Our room was cleaned twice a day even without request. They refill the coffee and water and other amenities , exchange new slipper for us everyday.
Surprisingly the staff help to tie up my messy cable.
They provide lavender pillow spray with comfy sleep at night.
No any fault i can find here.
Even with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit â I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served Ă la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.
The hotel's environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff's service attitude was excellent! Everyone was friendly and patiently answered our questions about tourist attractions. It's right next to Fisherman's Wharf and a bus stop, and across from Sands Casino, where you can catch free shuttle buses to downtown attractions and other casinos!
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are plentiful. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. To the right of the hotel entrance, you'll find a 7-Eleven and another supermarket, along with McDonald's and other dining options.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop directly across from the Grand Lisboa, making public transport very convenient. The New Yaohan department store is roughly a 20-minute walk away.
Unlike other hotels, this place isn't noisy or crowded; it's very quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered.
Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched...
The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night.
The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference.
Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.
YYee11Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub â perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If youâre booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So itâs best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kidsâ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if youâre travelling with children. If youâre looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if youâre coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service!
I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient.
The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are top-notch, with high-quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship. Although a bit old, they are still great.
Hygiene: The bedding is clean and comfortable, the room air is fresh, and you can see the sea and breathe in the sea breeze just by opening the window.
Environment: Downstairs, there's a beautiful garden, along with a sports field and a swimming pool. Sitting on the balcony, watching and listening to the sea, is a true pleasure.
Service: The front desk staff was a polite young man who was very helpful and introduced the hotel. The doorman was also very courteous, assisted with luggage, and even arranged a shuttle! Overall, the training is excellent, keep up the good work.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.
GGuest UserVery clean and very good!
I went with my baby, and the Grand Prix Museum is just a short walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly.
The breakfast was delicious.
