SsdtkyThe room was bright and airy with simple, practical furnishings. The bathroom was also quite spacious. It had a large balcony, but the door was locked. Given that a main road runs just below, there's probably a good reason for that.
Breakfast and dinner were included. Dinner was mediocre, not much variety, and drinks had to be ordered separately. However, there was one soup, a rich cauliflower soup, which was a local specialty.
Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful.

GGuest UserNice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Absolutely everything – from its location not far from the bus station, to the optimal level of comfort, coziness, and amenities, simply incredible breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! Even its slight distance from the center of Zagreb is practically unnoticeable – a 20-minute walk lets you get to know the city better. Everything positive said in reviews about this hotel truly corresponds to reality. Well done, keep it up!

GGeorge1999One of the most beautiful hotels I have been at for a while - so modern, awesome style and lots of small nice things that make a difference: a fridge, free bottled glass water, free coffee machine with nespresso capsules which are topped up everyday AND a crazy comfy bed … ohand an awesome view from the bed itself! The rooftop pool is great but there are not sun loungers, rather just chairs and stools (to be honest, this is to be expected as the rooftop is not big enough really for loungers - on the plus, towels are included and provided for free).

GGuest UserThe hotel is right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Zagreb. You simply turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk straight. There are many historic buildings nearby, making it a great area for a stroll. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room size is decent, with enough space left after opening two 28-inch suitcases.

GGuest UserThe welcome was very friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was a wall-mounted unit with low power. Drying my hair took forever. An additional device in the closet would be a good idea. There's no magnifying mirror for makeup or shaving. The shower in the bathtub is an avoidable hazard; that could definitely be modernized. The breakfast buffet was very appealing and offered a wide selection.

GGuest UserIf you need a need an overnight near the airport, the Dream Hotel is perfect. This is a basic hotel with clean rooms, on site restaurant, AND dedicated FREE airport shuttle electric vans.
Hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly to us and they spoke nearly flawless english.
We made our room reservation 6+ months in advance and simply kept in touch via email. The hotel gave us very clear instructions how to call for the shuttle at the airport.
We didn’t have cell service, so we used email to request pickup and it only took about 15 minutes for the van to meet us. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the airport.
Per their instructions, upon room check in, we reserved the time we needed a shuttle ride back to the airport. 4am is their first shuttle departure and the hotel was prompt with their shuttle departure time.
Lastly, we were completely surprised by their very reasonably priced wide ranging restaurant menu. Beware, portion sizes are huge!
This hotel and staff served us a very filling dinner, gave us a satisfactory room, and provided totally uneventful free shuttle from and airport.
Was very happy we chose this hotel.

GGuest UserFirst things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly.
Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name )
It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel.
Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite.
Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights.
If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy.

VVolcanoTRTXFrom “A to Z”, this hotel is simply incredible: the kindness of the front desk staff, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the property, the deliciousness of the breakfast, the exemplary customer service mindset, etc. I especially thank Ms. Marina to cut my watermelon and serve it on a plate and the 4th floor cleaning lady to help me with my luggages. 110% RECOMMENDED!!
