The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Beijing Walking Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic; check-in was quick and their explanations were clear and accurate. Room service was also meticulous and thoughtful. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning if I have the chance.

Chose this Atour hotel for my trip to Zhongshan, and my overall experience was perfect! The location is fantastic, really close to all the tourist spots, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the towels were individually sealed, and the bathroom had anti-slip mats, showing great attention to hygiene details, which was reassuring. The smart features like one-click screen mirroring on the TV and remote-controlled curtains by the bed were convenient and easy to use. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were quick to clear tables after guests finished eating. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room with dryers, so the facilities are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhongshan!

The room was simple and clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring I got a great night's sleep. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – their service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently, and they even kindly upgraded my room type. BTW, the carrot soda at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel provided perfect staycation vibe for a couple of nights. Facilities are very good and the place is close to so many good restaurants with weekend markets just right outside. Everyone has been super nice, attending to our needs and requests, even opening the doors of our service cars for us is just excellent. Front desk and c/s speaks english and very accomodating! I highly suggest this to all visitors in Zhuhai!

This was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I especially want to thank Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was warm and polite throughout, provided helpful travel guidance, and handled everything calmly and thoroughly. The room comfort was excellent, public areas were clean and refined, and the overall service was detail-oriented. It was a truly memorable stay.

The hotel is directly opposite Tee Mall and right in front of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping, sightseeing, and dining incredibly convenient. The metro station is also just nearby, so getting around Guangzhou was quick and easy. There are countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance. Food delivery is very convenient too, with plenty of options available at all hours. Whether you’re looking for local Cantonese food, milk tea, coffee, or late-night snacks, everything is easily accessible. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy and provide a great place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. A special mention to the hotel staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were patient with questions and made the stay feel smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with an unbeatable location.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Whenever I visit Jiangmen, I always choose Wanda Realm. Upon arrival, a porter actively helped me with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room, which was excellent service. The room facilities and equipment are very comprehensive; it doesn't feel like a hotel that's been open for ten years. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and a park, making it easy to shop, eat, and exercise. It's a great choice for business trips or leisure travel to Jiangmen.

It's often said that a mountain doesn't need to be high to be famous if an immortal lives there; similarly, five-star hotels aren't just about endlessly competing on hardware and decor. Focusing on enhancing soft service skills is what truly attracts consumers, and I felt this deeply during my stay. From the efficient handling by Front Desk Manager Zhang Zhiying, to the warm concern of the duty manager, the female manager with the code 066FOLIYA on my checkout bill (didn't catch her name), the staff at the buffet restaurant, the reception at the business center, and the guidance from the housekeeping staff... many details confirmed my impression: the Shangri-La brand still strives for true five-star hotel standards, and I highly commend them.
