The great experience started with a warm smile from FO/Oliver and a comfy room. Housekeeping Team thoughtfully made up my room with taking care of my unfolded clothings and a new bottle of water was offered when it was almost consumed. Nevertheless, the water leaking issue from the gap of the shower room door is quite a serious issue and it was not flawless. Regards, Lam.

The hotel is awesome, very big and with so many options. The hot spring facilities are one of the best we’ve seen in China. Endless pools to choose and surrounded by nature everywhere. Astonishing view of the lake and mountains. This is a perfect place for disconnecting and enjoying nature while being in the city. Lots of dining options too with great quality and reasonable price. Special thanks to Abby from the hotel staff who made everything possible to make our stay as perfect as possible.

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel but the room we stayed this time is not as spacious and nice as before. May be it needed to be refurbished and renovated as it is dilapidated. I chose the room type from the pictures when I booked but end up very different. My past experience with this hotel, the rooms are very spacious and so as the bathrooms. Also there’s no mirror in the room for facial cares and hair styling as the socket in the bathroom is for shavers only. I hope the management can take this into consideration when they do the renovations. However, I like the food and the style of the restaurant there.

Nestled in the mountains, the resort offers the perfect break from city living. There's an abundance of facilities to enjoy. Food choice is excellent with both Western and Chinese options available. I decided to stay here temporarily to relax. The hotel has a nice view. It faces the golf course and has complete facilities. The water in the heated swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. We also went to experience the driving range. Although we were not good at playing, we were guided by coaches. The lady who checked me in, Hu Fan, was very kind and provided warm and thoughtful service. She also helped me book dinner. The overall service was good👍. This trip was unforgettable for me and I will come again next time.

The location of the hotel is very confusing and obscure. The service in the hotel is very good and the staff are very helpful. The price of the breakfast is very high for what they have available and I have had much better quality food for far less. Overall I feel the price of the hotel is overpriced for the amenities and location of it, but if I had to stay there again I probably would. Maybe they should consider lowering the price of their breakfast and rooms as I really don't see the justification in the cost co.pared to other hotels

Remind you to pay attention to the reservation to see if there is a hot spring included, and it may be cheaper on holidays during the epidemic. The sanitation is good. Although there are no attractions nearby, it is quiet, the air is good, and there are few people (several sessions are chartered at the beginning), which is suitable for a leisurely one-night vacation for parents and children. (Only 7 outdoor hot springs (3 stopped), 1 indoor; indoor sports)

Absolutely lovely hotel. The hotel grounds are truly beautiful! Our room was huge with a nice bathtub and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Naturally the rooms are expensive but you get what you pay for with this hotel. It was worth every penny! I highly recommend staying here.
