"I was so satisfied with this trip! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the decor is simple yet grand. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, very close to the scenic area – you can walk there. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort. The location is great if you want peace and quiet as it’s not near the city center, but the lake view from our room was lovely. Super close to Ludi Cave, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, always ready to help. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Perfect for families who don’t mind being a bit outside the main area. Would definitely stay here again for the cave and the calm atmosphere."

"This hotel is right next to a department store and there are plenty of shared electric scooters nearby, making it super convenient to walk or ride to scenic spots and night markets. The hotel is also next to a residential area with all sorts of small shops, so there are tons of options for food, shopping, and takeout. I was pleasantly surprised to find that besides hot water and tea, they even have an ice machine on the first floor! The bed was big and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Five stars, highly recommend to everyone!"

Overall, the experience was decent and pretty standard. It's very convenient for getting around, as the location is right in the city center.
