"Stayed for 3 nights during a trip to the Italian lakes- so convenient for both Lake Garda and surrounding areas as well as Verona. Perfectly located in Ala, just off the motorway and with excellent public transport links. We parked the car in their large car park for 3 days and used the train and buses for stress free travel. Room was well appointed with modern facilities and excellent WiFi. Attached coffee bar and gelaterie were so convenient and the Italian/ Indian restaurant next door was superb. We ate there every night. The breakfast choice was outstanding. Huge variety of foods for every taste and attended by such friendly staff. Aurora in the restaurant was outstanding. Patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic value for money in what can be a pricey part of Italy. Highly recommended. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return."

"This was my second stay in two weeks. The hotel service was still good, and the room was fairly clean. However, this time I found several long and short hairs on one of the beds, so I asked the staff to bring new sheets and duvet covers. This time, family rooms were unavailable, so I booked a double room. I specified 2 adults and 1 child in my booking, and the Ctrip confirmation included 3 breakfasts plus a free night for the child. However, upon check-in, I found it was a standard room, and there were no extra beds for children. After paying an extra 15 euros at the front desk, they provided an extra bed. It seems Ctrip's "free night for the child" policy was calculated based on 2 adults. Ctrip could have made the note clearer. This hotel is next to the A22 highway, making it a good transit point for trips to and from Germany and Italy. Further north are popular ski resort towns, where accommodations are more expensive."

"We were greeted with a smile from the moment we walked in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite large. Access was easy. Parking was right next to the hotel. A bonus for checking out by noon."

"Beware this is not a 3 star hotel. 1 at best. Despite being told the bed linen would be changed every 2 days it’s not. And you have to take your wet towels to reception to get new ones. The food is average. I do t think they’ve got a grill or frying pan as the bacon is just like it’s had its **** slapped Live and learn"

"I travelled with a friend and a dog, and we immediately heard ourselves at home! The place is easily reachable, in a comfortable location for trekking, but also to reach the lake and the nearby cities.  Great care for cleaning and quality of the proposed food. (Positive note to pizza: top pasta and ingredients) Super recommended;)"
