"Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying again. The location was excellent, especially with direct mall access, and the staff were always prompt in responding to our requests. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced for the area. The biggest areas for improvement would be the kitchen facilities and housekeeping. The kitchen is quite large, which initially gave us the impression that it would be well-equipped for longer stays, but it lacked several basic items needed for preparing meals, such as kitchen knives, scissors, serving plates andutensils, and other practical cooking tools. For guests staying multiple nights and planning to cook, this can be limiting. We also noticed that the floors were dusty upon arrival, our feet/socks became visibly dirty after walking around the apartment. Housekeeping did respond quickly when we requested additional cleaning, which we appreciated. Overall, the strengths of this property are its location, spacious accommodations, reasonable pricing, and responsive service. With a more fully equipped kitchen and improved attention to cleanliness before check-in, the experience would be even better for long-stay guests."

"It was a nice stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The caretaker was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"I had a good stay for 2 nights. The hotel staffs were accommodating. I like that it have a microwave oven. You can easily reheat your unfinished meals. But I noticed that check-in process is a bit slow. I hope the hotel can change it."

"Really? So clean So good?? As their motto lol, but it actually wasn’t! I went downstairs to let them know that our room wasn't clean. They apologized and switched us to another room, but it was a smaller room compared to other executive rooms. Never again."

"I stayed in the Belmont, it was not for my first stay but was the worst I experienced. Green Flashing Strobe Light from celling made it difficult to sleep. The staff response was slow and inconvenient when its a known issue and there is a cover that can be applied to stop the strobing of the smoke alarm light in the room. It caused me to have really terrible sleep. was directly above my face and was bright enough to see the flash when eyes are closed. The breakfast was ok Bacon has run out and by the time I had finished eating more come out was not great. I also noted the hot water too ages to come on and I thought for almost 1-2 minutes I was going to be having a cold shower, but it did eventually come hot. What was most frustrating is the hotel manager just saying sorry. like the apology was adequate. I was offered also an upgrade and reduced rate for my next stay, but who knows when this will be. Wasn't the best experience and this is one of the most expensive hotels in terminal 3 and or close to casino and airport. I'm sure there are better value options."
