Outstanding
GGuest User**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!** This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Grazie mille for a truly magical Florentine experience!

Amazing
GGuest UserA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

GGuest UserConclusion: Five-star recommendation. Pros: 1. Spacious, with separate areas for the bathroom, bed, kitchen, dining table, living room, and outdoor balcony. It's newly renovated, clean, and features a minimalist modern style with complete amenities, including a self-service laundry room. 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a dishwasher. Cons: When we arrived in the morning, the front desk promised us a high floor and specifically mentioned the 6th floor. We also did a pre-check-in and left our luggage. However, when we returned in the afternoon, they told us that due to a system error, we couldn't be accommodated on a high floor. They didn't even inform us proactively. It was only after we received our room card (on the 2nd floor, facing the main road) and questioned it that they casually said, 'The system is down, we're very sorry!' We secretly felt discriminated against, and it's highly likely that the good rooms on the high floors had already been given to others.

Great

GGuest UserGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

RRays traveller#1月Good Places 2025 Address: Via Ricasoli, 48, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy Facilities: elevator, washing machine, dryer, double bathroom, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sofa, study room, large massage bathtub Features: Online check-in, on-site introduction and check-in arrangements, public reception room on the first floor, close to the Cathedral of Flowers and the Academy Art Museum Price: 200 euros/night Rating: This is the rental apartment we chose for our first stay in Florence. 200 euros a night is not cheap. When we booked the room, we were a little worried when we saw the mixed reviews. After all, the cost is not low. After we checked in, this worry disappeared. We were full of surprises here, it was very comfortable to stay, and the location was good and the transportation was convenient. Next, I will share my stay experience in sequence. Transportation guide: Walk across the road after coming out of the train station, take bus No. 6 or 14, or you can reach the T2 tram. Get off at Piazza San Marco and walk for four minutes. Online check-in: Initially, the booking website did not mention a dedicated counter but did not mention online check-in. It is recommended that you contact the booking website three days before check-in or contact the apartment agent by email yourself and join the official WhatsAPP. The online registration procedure is actually very simple, just take a photo of your ID and upload it. You will be given a link later to pay the city tax. On the day of check-in, the agent will give you the door password and a dedicated check-in time. If you arrive early, you can open the door first and enter a small room where your luggage is stored in the reception room on the first floor. Just agree on the check-in time and come back. Room facilities: The room is rented in an independent whole-floor unit, so the space is very large. The agent will send someone to introduce the check-in facilities. The elevator is not big and the floors are not high. Most of us choose to take the stairs because the stairs are also very beautiful. The traditional key security door has three locks when it comes to the door, and it takes three turns to fully lock it. Since the door will automatically lock when you put it on, most of the time you can just bring it with you so that it is less troublesome to use the key to open the door. There is a long corridor at the entrance, and there is a bathroom facility on the left side with two washbasins. Go to the end and go to the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right. There is a small space next to the living room that should be a study. Behind the kitchen is the master bedroom. The kitchen is an open flameless induction cooker with a dishwasher underneath. There is a small room opposite the kitchen filled with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The refrigerator and oven are both under the island. It is very convenient to use. You can go to the nearby supermarket to buy some light food and come back to cook breakfast or midnight snack. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the overall decoration style is very classical. Of course, the style can be called retro, but in fact it is old-fashioned luxury decoration. The TV is just average. I personally don’t know how to turn on the TV in this space because it’s not important. It's great to have Bluetooth audio equipment nearby, and the speakers are connected to the master bedroom. Personally, I suggest that if you upgrade your TV to a smart TV, you can play music MVs in conjunction with the original audio equipment. A simple upgrade will be more perfect. The study room is mostly used to store our luggage. The two 30-inch luggage can be fully opened and all the clothes can be taken out and there is still a lot of space. Of course there is a comfortable sofa. The master bedroom is very large, the bed is comfortable and soft, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. There is a super large massage bathtub in it, which takes 10-15 minutes to just fill in the water. You must bring a bath ball when you come here. The bath was very comfortable for the three nights we stayed. It's still very spacious for two adults to run together. There is also a separate toilet space equipped with double basins. The washing machine is in the common area on the first floor, with the washing machine below and the dryer above. Overall: At 200 euros, I personally feel that the entire apartment on the floor is a good value for short-term rental. Although it is an old-fashioned and luxurious decoration, it still has a sense of age. There are even some leaks when using the large bathtub upstairs. But the overall style fits this Renaissance city very well. Turn left at the door and pass the delicious ice cream La Strega Nocciola Gelateria Artigianale - Firenze Duomo. When you go out, you will see the Cathedral of Flowers. In fact, you can see the Cathedral of Flowers at the end of the alley just as you go out. Turn right and you will find the Gakuen Art Museum, which is very close and right next door. In the past, in addition to being convenient for taking a ride, St. Mark's Square also had some attractions to explore next to it. If you want to go to the Central Market, it is recommended to turn right at the entrance and turn left at the intersection in front of the Academy Museum of Fine Arts and go straight to Mamabar and then turn left. It is about eight minutes away. Entering from the north gate of the market can perfectly avoid the crowds of Baihua Cathedral and the sales of leather goods street.

GGuest UserAdvantages: The location is very suitable for tourists traveling by train. It is only a few hundred meters away from the train station, and it is a certain distance from the main road, so it is very quiet. I guess it is a hotel converted from a residential area. Moreover, the street at the door has many bright street lights at night, and there are many restaurants along the road, so I feel safe when walking back to the hotel at night. Disadvantages: We stayed in room 202. There was a door next to the bed, which was sealed, but the sound insulation of the door was very poor. The conversation in the next room came through the door very clearly. We had to knock on the door to ask them to keep quiet at night. When I left the store, I told the front desk about this matter. She said that she could remind others by knocking on the door. It seems that they also know about the problem of this door. I don’t know if other rooms have this problem. It is recommended that the subsequent store can make it clear to the guests in the room with this door when they first check in, and ask both parties to keep quiet at night, which will reduce a lot of trouble.
