"This was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence."

**An Unforgettable Florentine Gem!** This is hands down the most incredible vacation rental I’ve ever experienced! Bursting with artistic charm, the apartment reflects the host’s passion for travel and collecting – every corner tells a story. The space itself is both ultra-modern and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group with three bathrooms and three double beds (perfect for families or friends). The highlight? A sun-drenched terrace where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts with a view of Florence’s iconic rooftops and hills – pure magic! The surrounding area is equally stunning, blending Tuscan tranquility with easy access to the city’s treasures. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Both the rental agency and the host were **exceptionally responsive**, answering questions promptly even at 10 PM! They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was seamless. If you’re seeking a unique, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Florence, look no further. This isn’t just a rental – it’s a memory I’ll cherish forever. Grazie mille for a truly magical Florentine experience!

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

#1月Good Places 2025 Address: Via Ricasoli, 48, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy Facilities: elevator, washing machine, dryer, double bathroom, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sofa, study room, large massage bathtub Features: Online check-in, on-site introduction and check-in arrangements, public reception room on the first floor, close to the Cathedral of Flowers and the Academy Art Museum Price: 200 euros/night Rating: This is the rental apartment we chose for our first stay in Florence. 200 euros a night is not cheap. When we booked the room, we were a little worried when we saw the mixed reviews. After all, the cost is not low. After we checked in, this worry disappeared. We were full of surprises here, it was very comfortable to stay, and the location was good and the transportation was convenient. Next, I will share my stay experience in sequence. Transportation guide: Walk across the road after coming out of the train station, take bus No. 6 or 14, or you can reach the T2 tram. Get off at Piazza San Marco and walk for four minutes. Online check-in: Initially, the booking website did not mention a dedicated counter but did not mention online check-in. It is recommended that you contact the booking website three days before check-in or contact the apartment agent by email yourself and join the official WhatsAPP. The online registration procedure is actually very simple, just take a photo of your ID and upload it. You will be given a link later to pay the city tax. On the day of check-in, the agent will give you the door password and a dedicated check-in time. If you arrive early, you can open the door first and enter a small room where your luggage is stored in the reception room on the first floor. Just agree on the check-in time and come back. Room facilities: The room is rented in an independent whole-floor unit, so the space is very large. The agent will send someone to introduce the check-in facilities. The elevator is not big and the floors are not high. Most of us choose to take the stairs because the stairs are also very beautiful. The traditional key security door has three locks when it comes to the door, and it takes three turns to fully lock it. Since the door will automatically lock when you put it on, most of the time you can just bring it with you so that it is less troublesome to use the key to open the door. There is a long corridor at the entrance, and there is a bathroom facility on the left side with two washbasins. Go to the end and go to the kitchen on the left and the living room on the right. There is a small space next to the living room that should be a study. Behind the kitchen is the master bedroom. The kitchen is an open flameless induction cooker with a dishwasher underneath. There is a small room opposite the kitchen filled with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The refrigerator and oven are both under the island. It is very convenient to use. You can go to the nearby supermarket to buy some light food and come back to cook breakfast or midnight snack. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the overall decoration style is very classical. Of course, the style can be called retro, but in fact it is old-fashioned luxury decoration. The TV is just average. I personally don’t know how to turn on the TV in this space because it’s not important. It's great to have Bluetooth audio equipment nearby, and the speakers are connected to the master bedroom. Personally, I suggest that if you upgrade your TV to a smart TV, you can play music MVs in conjunction with the original audio equipment. A simple upgrade will be more perfect. The study room is mostly used to store our luggage. The two 30-inch luggage can be fully opened and all the clothes can be taken out and there is still a lot of space. Of course there is a comfortable sofa. The master bedroom is very large, the bed is comfortable and soft, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. There is a super large massage bathtub in it, which takes 10-15 minutes to just fill in the water. You must bring a bath ball when you come here. The bath was very comfortable for the three nights we stayed. It's still very spacious for two adults to run together. There is also a separate toilet space equipped with double basins. The washing machine is in the common area on the first floor, with the washing machine below and the dryer above. Overall: At 200 euros, I personally feel that the entire apartment on the floor is a good value for short-term rental. Although it is an old-fashioned and luxurious decoration, it still has a sense of age. There are even some leaks when using the large bathtub upstairs. But the overall style fits this Renaissance city very well. Turn left at the door and pass the delicious ice cream La Strega Nocciola Gelateria Artigianale - Firenze Duomo. When you go out, you will see the Cathedral of Flowers. In fact, you can see the Cathedral of Flowers at the end of the alley just as you go out. Turn right and you will find the Gakuen Art Museum, which is very close and right next door. In the past, in addition to being convenient for taking a ride, St. Mark's Square also had some attractions to explore next to it. If you want to go to the Central Market, it is recommended to turn right at the entrance and turn left at the intersection in front of the Academy Museum of Fine Arts and go straight to Mamabar and then turn left. It is about eight minutes away. Entering from the north gate of the market can perfectly avoid the crowds of Baihua Cathedral and the sales of leather goods street.

Spacious apartment , great value and lovely staff Loved staying at PopArtment. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped — kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, the works. Staff were warm and genuinely helpful. A tram stop just 2 minutes away makes getting to the historic center a breeze. Excellent value for Florence. Would happily return!
