⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence Palazzo Portinari Salviati is a beautiful historic residence with an unbeatable central location, just steps away from major attractions and shopping areas. The building itself is full of character and elegance, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Despite being in the city center, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at night. A perfect choice for travelers who want to experience classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

A former mill renovated with taste and class. The reception staff are very professional and friendly, and the rooms, all interiors, and outdoor spaces are very clean. The terrace overlooks the Arno, and dining while admiring the beautiful sunsets over the water is magical. A few drawbacks, however: - The TGV train passes nearby, and the many cars passing by can be disturbing during meals on the terrace. - The formerly beautiful swimming pool directly outside the hotel has been transformed into a beautiful ornamental pond. A new pool, too small for the number of guests, was dug at the very end of the grounds and lacks the appropriate charm for the majestic building. - The portions during meals are truly meager compared to the price. - The only place where guests can gather outside in the evening is the bar terrace, which is located in the inner courtyard, around which there are also rooms accessible from the outside. The noise of chatter, laughter, etc. is really more than disturbing for sleeping. You should plan another, more isolated place on the beautiful grounds.

Great Hotel. Excellent location and accessible to most attractions. Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pros: The cleanliness was exceptional, truly comparable to a five-star hotel, and the decor was lovely. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making travel convenient. Cons: I stayed in room 006, and the shower stall was extremely small. It was difficult to turn around inside, and I had to adjust the water temperature before stepping in. Another downside was the noisy air conditioning; even when turned off, there was still a ventilation sound, though it didn't significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I'd still give it a good review.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
