Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good, including a gym and a sauna. However, there were a couple of minor downsides during my stay: * **Small room size:** Once luggage was opened, the room felt a bit cramped. * **Inconvenient sauna use:** When we wanted to use the sauna, the equipment was turned off. We had to specifically inform the front desk to switch it on, and then wait for it to heat up, which was quite inconvenient. I suggest the hotel could improve the regular operation of this facility. Overall, the transport and views here are outstanding, but there's still room for improvement regarding service details and room space."

"Overall, the hotel staff were very nice, but! The hotel manager (an old man) and his wife had a terrible attitude. We booked this hotel solely to take some wedding photos in the manor, but when we arrived, the hotel manager (the old man) outright refused, without offering any alternative or compensation. He just kept refusing, saying we needed to book in advance, but didn't specify how far in advance. His only reason was that the hotel itself needed to take its own promotional photos during those days (though we didn't see any camera equipment or crew at all)... This reason is truly unacceptable. Florence tourist city at 2 pm, there are many young people wandering on the street, and there are municipal vehicles starting to work in the early morning, so I didn’t sleep well all night, because I stayed for two nights, so I didn’t want to change rooms. It is strongly recommended that the hotel install a system door and window inside the room. The windows inside the government regulations cannot be modern, but the interior of the room can be, even if the old windows are installed, at least most of the noise can be separated. I encountered the same problem in Rome today. The hotel is better than Florence, but the sound insulation is worse. Because this room is not two windows, but two French glass double doors. It looks good but the sound insulation is worse. This time it was three nights, so I asked to change it. I don’t know if I can change to the same room type. This halfterm is out to travel. There are too many families, like May Day in China. Attach a few photos of these two rooms, beauty is really beautiful but we need better quality sleep"
