"The room is spacious and the furniture is beautiful. Professional and personal service. It was the hotel's 10th anniversary, so there were snacks, fruits and champagne for free."

"The hotel's design is truly striking, seamlessly blending local classical charm with the brand's trendy vibe. The location is incredibly tourist-friendly, making it easy to reach attractions and enjoy evening strolls. The overall service standard is excellent; the front desk is efficient with check-ins, so guests don't have to wait long. The room's amenities are new and comfortable, and the terrace has a particularly nice atmosphere in the evening. This is a hotel with both style and a fantastic location."

"Our stay in Florence became a truly unforgettable and very special experience, all thanks to this wonderful hotel and exceptional staff. The excellent room, outstanding service, and above all, the warm hospitality you showed in celebrating our family’s special occasion were beyond anything we have ever experienced at any hotel."

"The hotel is in a very good location, the rooms are very large, the bath products are of high quality, the decoration is also very exquisite, and the garden bar is a must-go every night. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast quality is very average."
