The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved. 1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in. 2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.

I usually don’t know how to describe it. It’s really beyond expectations. The enthusiastic boss couple recommended local food and drink to us. Friends said that even his breakfast was exquisite and looked very comfortable. Before I came, my friends brought a variety of disposable items. I thought that the hotel would definitely use it. After I went there, I found that it was so much. Needless to say, I was afraid that some guests were not used to using the hotel towels. Each room was equipped with a disposable bath towel. Makeup remover wipes and everything. Speaking of the layout of the hotel, I can see that the boss is a very tasteful person. This hotel is really full of small details. This trip has booked a total of 4 rooms. Friends said that they are very satisfied. They all said that next time they want to go to Haining, they will go to his house. Others do not consider it. Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming.

Come to Haining to watch the tide, 4 large and 1 small living three rooms and two halls are very cost-effective. This homestay is a relatively high-end community renovation, the overall environment and decoration are very good. The sheets and pillowcases are disposable and relatively clean. In addition, the room also provides disposable towels and bath towels. The river can be seen directly in the room. The only fly in the ointment is that the bathroom in some rooms will smell back, but after contacting the housekeeper, I changed a room to solve it perfectly.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the stay was very safe. The boss is also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to remind the tide time and route, the service is very intimate. The child was very happy to see the tide for the first time, and our family experience was very good. Next time I come to Haining to see the tide, I will choose here!

I booked this place for watching the tidal bore. The location is excellent, right next to the tidal bore scenic park, where you can enjoy free park visits in the morning and evening. There are also many restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the landlady is very nice; they even provide Nongfu Spring water. If you're going to watch the tidal bore, it's a good idea to prepare some snacks and drinks in advance.

The room can see the Qiantang River, the view is beautiful! The sanitary environment is quite good 👍 and the facilities are very new. I would like to especially praise the service sisters on duty. They are warm and considerate, and their service is patient and attentive. They answer all questions and respond to every request. They also provide an additional travel guide. I like it very much. I recommend Hakka to stay here👍👍👍
