"The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but the surrounding greenery is lovely. The only downside was that the riverside path was under construction, so we couldn't take a walk along the river, and the riverside facilities weren't fully developed. However, we could watch the tide from our balcony, which was very relaxing as we didn't have to deal with crowds. The service was also excellent; they provided fresh fruit and snacks every afternoon."

The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. "1. The hotel is located within the resort, and check-in needs to be done at the visitor center at the main gate (during the National Day holiday, there were too many people, and only 6 front desk staff made the check-in process very slow). You can also arrange luggage delivery directly to the hotel when checking in at the visitor center (I only found this out later, just a friendly heads-up). 2. This is the best hotel within the resort; it's very new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. When checking out, you can also arrange for luggage delivery directly to the visitor center, and pick it up when you leave. 3. The lunch included for the next day in the package was fantastic. It's served at the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the second floor, and it's definitely enough for three people. 4. The Milan Storm Water World, which is indoors and included in the package, requires a shuttle bus ride to get there. It's quite good, and the kids loved it. Overall, everything was great. I especially enjoyed the real-life immersive game experience – it was fantastic. I'll definitely come back for a 3-day, 2-night stay next time; it offers excellent value for money."

"Visited Haining for the May Day tide-watching festival, and this hotel came highly recommended by a friend. The room was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and I especially loved that the bed's firmness could be adjusted to my preference. The housekeeping butler contacted us a day in advance, providing details about the parking garage, tide-watching schedule, and weather forecast, and was always ready to answer any questions. The electric cart service for transfers was very convenient. We had dinner at the hotel, and the ambiance was lovely; the braised pork was particularly delicious. However, one female front desk staff member had a stiff attitude and was inflexible in handling a simple matter, making it overly complicated. Throughout our two-day stay, we experienced warm and excellent service from the lobby manager, the greeter/bellhop, and the housekeeping staff."

"The room was spacious with a large bathtub. I forgot to bring a disposable liner for the tub, but the hotel provided one and even helped set it up. My two kids had a blast bathing in it. The hotel is right next to the service center, and there's a small door that leads directly to the Gongzhen Gate, which is very convenient. The facilities are also very new. I highly recommend this scenic area. We missed some performances, which is a bit of a shame, but we'll definitely come back again."

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "
