The occupancy rate of the whole building is estimated to be about 10%. The entrance of the community is facing a reservoir called Longwang Temple. Some park facilities for residents to walk on the reservoir are also made. The community is surrounded by farmland and Dawang Nanshan Forest Park. The park is free and beautiful. Locals will come to picnic and hike on weekends. The Lingyun Tower from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain is a good leisure project. The environment in the apartment meets the conditions of the picture promotion.
