民宿的房間是四會市大旺高新區保利瓏灣的單身公寓類型的商品房，我們被安排在27樓頂樓，週末兩房一廳一晚一百多很便宜了，可能因為這裏位置真的夠偏僻，樓下除了有兩間宵夜檔和小賣部還有些走鬼檔可以應急填飽肚子，其餘吃喝玩樂一概沒有。這個保利小區距離大旺城區的大旺商業區開車有10公里左右，一路都是烏漆嘛黑的國道偶爾見到一間農莊散落路邊。因為保利是2023年交樓的，所以房間還比較新，整棟樓入住率目測估計在10%左右，小區門口正對着一個叫龍王廟的水庫，水庫上也做了一些方便住客散步的公園設施，小區四周都是農田以及大旺南山森林公園，公園免費環境優美，本地人週末也會過來野餐徒步啥的，從山腳爬到山頂的凌雲塔是不錯的休閑項目。公寓內的環境符合圖片宣傳的條件，住得挺舒服，但可能因為地理位置偏僻導致住客不多，房費定得不高導致服務跟不上，店家答應我的開發票最後我們都退房了也沒有兑現，住了兩晚從入住到退房，我們基本就是自助服務，除了中間問了店家額外要了幾個垃圾袋。附圖是保利小區周邊的環境，確實不錯的。

環境很考究，看出來有精心設計過，讓人眼前一亮不愧是老店，服務態度沒得説，東西質量也槓槓的，最主要這價格還這麼划算，以後肯定經常來朋友們，放心沖！性價比真的很高，而且交通非常方便，大家可以來體驗體驗！服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題😁
