The hotel is in a prime location, and it is extremely convenient to go to the nearby jade market or other attractions. The room is fully equipped and the bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring that we can have a good night. There are many delicious foods around, which gives our taste buds a taste. There is also free parking service. The most impressive thing is the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. They not only patiently answer every question we have, but also take the initiative to provide us with many practical travel suggestions. Every day at the Hexide Hotel makes people feel happy and tired. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an ideal choice. The Hexide Hotel in Sihui City has added infinite warmth and comfort to our journey, and we look forward to the next reunion!

One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

HHenryHUNG2023Nearby is Wandu Square and many restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces in the ground and underground parking lots. It is not noisy after closing the windows on the 11th floor. The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week

GGuest UserThe hotel is comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The design is very user-friendly. There are two types of pillows on the bed. It is very comfortable to sleep on. There is no smell in the room. The laundry room is very clean and hygienic. There is also a small gym, which is quite good. I have stayed for four consecutive nights. I will choose Baiyue Garden Hotel again when I come to Dawang in the future.

The room with window I booked before turned out to be a fake one. I later asked the front desk to change it to a room with an external window. I hope you can make it clear in advance when booking a room in the future.
