GGuest UserThe hotel is new, but the smell is strong. The smell of the new decoration is a bit pungent. The service is good, but there are many restrictions on watching dramas and screencasting (it costs money, and it is the first time to stay). The room is small. Apart from the bed and toilet, there is only a little aisle space. The sink is outside the toilet and it is easy to get the floor wet. The king-sized double bed is wide but a bit short? The key point is that the sound insulation is not good🥲. You can hear people talking or closing the door outside. Even when the neighbor is washing up, you can hear the sound of using the sink. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know if I read the reviews saying that the sound insulation was good, or if it was an issue with the room type.

It's very close to Rifeng Market, Tianguang Market, and Wuyue Plaza, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was excellent. The room was equipped with a private washing machine and a small balcony. The staff were very friendly and promptly addressed any needs. The price-performance ratio is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the facilities are complete. Overall, I like it very much and will stay here again next time.

One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

HHenryHUNG2023Nearby is Wandu Square and many restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces in the ground and underground parking lots. It is not noisy after closing the windows on the 11th floor. The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week

GGuest UserThe hotel has been open for about 5 years. I came back to stay here this year and it was pretty good. The service and hygiene were all good. I would recommend it if I stayed there. There are many places to eat nearby, so it's very convenient. It would be even better if the hotel provided a restaurant and laundry service.
