However, the front desk service during check-in was substandard. It was raining heavily when I arrived, and the staff just stared blankly, not knowing to offer an umbrella or help guests check-in. This is something that would never happen at any other hotel. I rarely give bad reviews when staying at hotels, but Bama Health and Wellness Community left such a poor first impression on guests. Therefore, I'm giving a low rating for the service."

The surrounding area was lively and authentic, making it super convenient to go out for a walk and find food in the evening. It was a truly memorable stay."

"This is a self-service apartment with complete facilities in the room, including a washing machine and refrigerator. We stayed in Building 2. When we checked in it was after 5pm and the front desk was closed, but if we called directly they would provide us with the room code, so it was convenient to check in by ourselves. You must park underground, otherwise you will be charged. Reminder: Be sure to contact first, otherwise it’s easy to get confused."

We weren't expecting much from the reviews, as it was far away and privately owned, so we figured the hygiene wouldn't be great. But to our surprise, the environment was comparable to a chain hotel! We were truly astonished. The moment we opened the room door, both our families breathed a sigh of relief, relieved that we'd been stuck with a hotel like the one we stayed at the previous night. 😂 I highly recommend Yang Er Kang. The entrance has a huge field of crops, like stepping back into the countryside of my childhood. 👍👍👍"

When he saw that I was with my second sister, he brought children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, and also sent fruit and mung bean soup. When I took the elevator upstairs and just arrived at the door of the room, the floor service was waiting at the door and sent two sets of toiletries, towels, slippers, etc. It was really considerate. I will stay here again next time👍"
