"Facilities: Very complete, there's a dedicated parking lot, and parking is convenient. It's right next to the intersection, so don't miss it. Hygiene: The room was quite clean. Environment: Very convenient, with breakfast provided. Service: The service was warm and friendly. When we couldn't find a parking spot, they came out to guide us. They were also very enthusiastic during breakfast, and even made soy milk for us separately when we woke up late."

"This stay was truly amazing! The hotel lobby is decorated in a chic and luxurious style, creating a fantastic ambiance. F and Q provided excellent service; the check-in process was very efficient. They also helped hold numerous packages that arrived early and even delivered them to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was super spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The smart devices were easy to control, and the mattress was perfectly soft yet supportive, offering a superb night's sleep. I felt completely at home throughout my stay. It was a truly perfect experience."

"On our trip to Baishi Mountain, we decided to stay one night in Baoding on our way back and chose the Fanjia Hotel. First off, the price was great, the location was convenient, parking was easy, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which was fantastic! The breakfast had a rich variety of options, the room was clean and hygienic, and the hot water was plentiful, making for a comfortable shower. They also provided us with many bottles of water, which was wonderful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoding."

"The environment was a bit old but acceptable. The hallway lights were motion-sensored, and the carpet was soft and quiet, though a bit dirty. The hotel's interior had a unique, quirky style, reminiscent of early Western films. The breakfast, however, was truly awful – it tasted like leftovers that had been reheated multiple times. I highly recommend against buying breakfast vouchers."

"The hotel's facilities are quite good, though there aren't many elevators, leading to long waits. The service, however, left me speechless. I was initially told that my two rooms could be on the same floor, only to be informed half an hour later that it wasn't possible. Also, if a room is registered to only one person, you only get one key card, which meant I couldn't access another floor. When I registered my child's ID later that evening to get another key card, the previous card was deactivated. Getting a replacement key card was more complicated and took longer than the initial check-in process. To top it off, all key cards stopped working the next day... This is the first time I've encountered such baffling service and policies."

"The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It had a great view of the shopping mall across the street. They also gave us a small gift and welcome fruit. The environment was also very nice, offering a convenient combination of accommodation, dining, and sightseeing. The hotel is located right next to Baoding Banquet Hall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. We not only tried Baoding's local delicacies but also enjoyed various performances and visited old shops and artifacts. The complimentary guided tour of the museum gave us a deeper understanding of Baoding's history, making the trip truly worthwhile."

"Kudos to the staff! On March 3rd, after checking out, I realized I'd left my USB drive in the room. The housekeeper on duty in room 408 found it and immediately handed it over to the front desk. The front desk staff promptly contacted us while we were already on the highway heading home. After discussing it, they kindly offered to mail the USB drive to my address. They even refused my thank-you red packet. This hotel truly offers family-like service and deserves high praise. I also want to commend the front desk staff from last night who helped me find a charger and even charged my power bank. I'll be coming to Baoding frequently in the future, and I'll definitely be staying at Jinjiang Inn Baoding Military Academy Square!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."
