2212018****When the APP selected the hotel, there was no prompt. It was not until the lobby that I saw it. Because someone had a large meeting of representatives, the check-out time of the next day should be 8 am in advance. Not only that, because the representatives took the room card first, the remaining magnetic card of the hotel was not enough for other guests. The laundry room also needed to be swiped to get on. The room had to leave the card to be answered to get on and off. Otherwise, you have to go down to the lobby to find the front desk for help.
Because there are other entertainment venues in the hotel, the hot dance at night will end at 2 o'clock. This has a relatively high requirement for the quality of sleep of the guests themselves.
The buffet breakfast on the second day, the variety is limited, the whole process is self-service, you can try to use a variety of kitchen utensils yourself, the experience is fresh. However, the coffee machine that day burned out, which was a pity.
My rating is completely given to the hotel's software facilities. The warm service of the little sister at the front desk, patiently explain, and take the trouble to swipe the elevator card for the guests.
The decoration style of the hotel is elegant, the room heating and the water pressure are good, that is, the boss wants to repair the laundry room again. The TV style meets the opening period, and the program will not be watched if there is no program.

We stayed in a two-bedroom log cabin villa at Heyuan Bavaria Manor during the National Day holiday. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the price was very reasonable. The villa has its own front and back yards, ensuring excellent privacy. The private hot spring in the yard is the biggest highlight. Although the hot water supply in the rooms ends early and needs to be stocked in advance, the hot spring water is very warm and comfortable. The butler service was prompt and responsive, always ready to help. Barbecue ingredients can be sent to the front desk and brought to the villa. The living room is spacious with a large TV, perfect for small gatherings with family and friends. The evening intangible cultural heritage firework performance and fireworks show were spectacular, adding a lot of fun to the holiday. The only minor drawbacks were that the room TV couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, and there was no karaoke service in the living room. The mattress was a bit firm, the manor got quite hot during the day, and there weren't many activities available. However, for us who just wanted to relax, these minor flaws didn't matter much. At 1200 yuan per night during the National Day holiday, the price was definitely excellent value for money. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to spend a couple of days.
