The hotel is safe. There's the Ibis Hotel opposite, and the Mercure Hotel is walking distance from the cathedral.

The location is still quite good. You can walk or take the bus quickly from the train station. Opposite the Opera Theatre Theatre Post Office, there is dm nearby, and there is a supermarket and Media markt selling electronic products. There are several bars on this side of the hotel.
