The hotel itself is fine, but please do not book it during the Tenerife Carnival in February. 1) The hotel is a major battleground for the carnival activities, and all surrounding roads are closed, making it difficult to drive in; 2) There's a performance stage downstairs that runs all night until 6:00 AM, and the poor soundproofing of the windows results in deafening noise throughout the night.
Aside from the carnival, the hotel itself is nice, with modern facilities and spacious rooms. However, the hotel parking lot is small, requiring some driving skill to navigate.

- almost no windows that makes the room (the 7) almost blind
- non-solidarized twin beds that glide at the least movement (a large double bed at this standing level would have been normal).

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the concert hall, less than 10 minutes walk, this hotel was specially booked for the concert, there are many shopping malls, restaurants and coffee bars around

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.
