AAnonymous UserSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

XXin&CoThe hotel is super well situated, in the heart of the city. You will situated at a walking distance of anything you fancy. Good food nearby and 2 subway stops are as well very close by. You can access the hotel restaurant at anytime for a free coffee.
The sauna are the gym are good but a bit small and close at 22:00.
The AC was not working at the time of our stay so we had to open the window but many mosquitos got into our room at night and it was really unpleasant. The front desk couldn't provide any help which is very unfortunate.
The bed are a bit soft and the pillows are not that good.
To sum up,
Amazing location, really convenient but a few key points could be improved.

GGuest UserThe receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

GGuest UserReally well located hotel, with lovely art deco features and well chosen furniture. Good, powerful shower and in general very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was temperamental, although was better behaved after mentioning to the welcome desk. The breakfast was good, although there were few choices for those with food restrictions. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast so we were advised to get coffee from our bedroom which was a little frustrating. A long walk for a coffee cup with breakfast!

GGuest UserUnfortunately, the information on trip isn't entirely accurate.
According to the photos, there should be a bathtub. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.
Furthermore, the room was in need of some maintenance.
For example, the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower head was broken.
Regarding service, we didn't receive any clean towels after the first day, even though the old ones were just lying on the floor.
Breakfast was fine, but nothing special.
However, the location is perfect. Very close to the city center.
We actually expected more, even though it wasn't bad.
We give it a 7.

FFanHeheThis was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.

JJoe the world citizenThe hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning.
