"Room was nice and cosy, I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. The lady noticed that I really liked drinking the milk they had so she refilled my glass more than once even when breakfast session was about to end. The hotel is at a super duper convenient location. I managed to visit all the attractions I wanted to visit by walking. I’m really glad that I picked Hotel Chagnot."

"Really well located hotel, with lovely art deco features and well chosen furniture. Good, powerful shower and in general very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was temperamental, although was better behaved after mentioning to the welcome desk. The breakfast was good, although there were few choices for those with food restrictions. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast so we were advised to get coffee from our bedroom which was a little frustrating. A long walk for a coffee cup with breakfast!"

"We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails."

"Facilities: The decoration in the room is quite modern and the style is super warm, mainly in saturated colors. There is also a super large sofa bed in the room. I don’t know if it can accommodate multiple people. Environmental health: very clean and spotless Transportation: The hotel is located opposite the train station, about a 2-minute walk away. There are bars and other public places downstairs, which is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to various attractions or shopping areas. Service: The service is good. The hotel can basically do 100% self-service check-in. They will send an email with a QR code as the ”key” to enter the hotel and the room, which will automatically take effect when the check-in time comes. Super convenient. Fortunately, early check-in was successful."

"Très bon séjour de 2 nuits. Je reviendrais. Bon accueil, chambre fidèle aux photos. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bien situé pour vadrouiller dans la ville : à deux pas de Lille Flandres et de la grand place! Ma devanture est très belle également. Personnel très sympathique et souriant"

"Unfortunately, the information on trip isn't entirely accurate. According to the photos, there should be a bathtub. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Furthermore, the room was in need of some maintenance. For example, the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower head was broken. Regarding service, we didn't receive any clean towels after the first day, even though the old ones were just lying on the floor. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. However, the location is perfect. Very close to the city center. We actually expected more, even though it wasn't bad. We give it a 7."

"The facilities were in order only I had a problem with the dimensions of a superior room of 23 square meters which was also filled with furniture, which made us unable to pass through or had to move it every time. The breakfast was varied but inadequate first there was no cheese and inadequate insulation unless you would choose for fruit and granola on the 2nd day there was inadequate bread and hardly eggs and then there was the coffee machine where 7 people out of 10 were a - They had a problem. The staff were very friendly and accessible they deserve a thick fence. In terms of price quality, it was not considered to be the spa and wellness. P.S. : The lighting was also not in order and insufficient."

"Service was excellent and gentleman on reception was extremely helpful. Getting into the car park is confusing as we were not given a code, we had to phone hotel to get the code.  This needs to appear on the booking confirmation in future. But the guy on reception was very explanatory on the phone and sorted it very quickly. L"

"Very good stay at this hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable at the reception (the simple fact of offering coffee to a client waiting for his check-in makes the difference) and at the restaurant of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. However, the room and especially the bathroom seemed a little older."
