Nimes Hotels with Bars

The hotel has a beautiful facade and is very close to the Roman arena, museums and restaurants. The breakfast is great, the interior is very new and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak good English. For a 5 star hotel and the price paid, I expected the room to be larger and a bit higher spec. However the beds were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to be questioned when I asked for extra coffee for the room or for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to be hanging off the wall. Also disappointing was the chipped coffee cup we had at breakfast, though the food was first class, plentiful and varied. It’s a shame it is difficult to access by car and that parking is some distance away but then Nîmes is an ancient city with many narrow one way streets. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it to friends.

Le petit HIC: au moment du départ, on m’annonce: 1) le paiement des boissons offertes à l’arrivée 🧐 Après explication, je n’ai rien payé 2) le paiement de deux petits déjeuné (44€) que j’aurais pris??????? Alors que j’étais chez des amis pour prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux. Ça veut dire que n’importe qui peut utiliser les services de la restauration sur le compte d’autrui Je veux signaler que j’ai terminé mon agréable séjour sur une fausse note 🫤

Nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel à l’occasion du mariage d’une amie célébré à proximité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons notamment eu la possibilité d’accéder à notre chambre avant l’heure prévue afin de nous préparer pour la cérémonie, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le lendemain, nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine une heure supplémentaire, celle-ci n’étant pas réservée, un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de tester le petit-déjeuner, car nous étions attendus à un brunch à 13 h après le mariage. Enfin, la literie était très confortable et nous a permis de nous reposer efficacement malgré notre retour tardif à l’hôtel. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son accueil.

Environment: The environment is quiet, the location is also good, it takes ten minutes to get off the highway. The yard is quite big, there are many parking spaces and free parking. Easy to eat, there is a restaurant next to the hotel

Just renovated hotel with fine bed and good breakfast, just along the highway, so fine when you are on the transit.

Superb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

This hotel is very beautiful and the location is very convenient. Maybe the business is not very good, the front desk is not very happy, The feature is that the furnishings in this hotel are very beautiful and the artistic atmosphere is strong.
