"The hotel benefits from a prime location, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The rooms are very basic, furnished with old, minimalist pieces that feel worn and outdated. Basic amenities were lacking—there were no bath towels provided upon arrival, and they were only supplied the following day after I had to request them. Breakfast service was also disappointing. Even an hour after opening, and two until the end of service, there were no fruits or boiled eggs available, despite indications that these items had been offered earlier. The dining area was not well maintained, with dirty tables left uncleared. I Had to clean the table for use. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for managing reception, restocking breakfast items, and cleaning tables, which significantly impacted the level of service. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness, staffing, and basic guest amenities."

"The location is good, the room is big and clean, but the room is a bit weird. The toilet and bathroom are separate, there is no sink in the toilet, you have to go out to wash. I don't know why the sink in the toilet is not running, but I was too tired to ask the front desk... Other hotels in France provide free water, but here there are only two bottles of welcome water. There is a laundry downstairs, which seems convenient, but we have to download the app, and we can't download it on both Android and iOS. It's annoying."

"C'est une excellente hotel. j'ai bien passé dans cet hotel. J'ai pris une chambre avec la douche privative, c'était trop bien . j'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très aimable"

"Nous avions réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel à l’occasion du mariage d’une amie célébré à proximité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons notamment eu la possibilité d’accéder à notre chambre avant l’heure prévue afin de nous préparer pour la cérémonie, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le lendemain, nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine une heure supplémentaire, celle-ci n’étant pas réservée, un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de tester le petit-déjeuner, car nous étions attendus à un brunch à 13 h après le mariage. Enfin, la literie était très confortable et nous a permis de nous reposer efficacement malgré notre retour tardif à l’hôtel. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour son accueil."
