"The hotel's location is super convenient, directly opposite the train station, just a 2-minute walk after exiting. It's also close to Nice's main attractions. It was very quiet at night, making for a comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic; they allowed us to store our luggage even before check-in time and proactively offered us a city map. The room also had cooking facilities available for use. However, the room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay, and we only got coffee replenished after bumping into a housekeeper and asking them directly. The front desk wouldn't provide refills. Checking out was quick and easy; we just dropped the key into the key box."

The wellness area, which was also an extra charge, wasn't great either…"

"A hotel with a grand and impressive interior that befits the majestic history of Nimes. Location is perfect, right beside the historic amphitheatre. Front desk staff speak good English and were about to give us useful, money-saving tips about parking on a Sunday (namely, street parking is free). Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with the extremely high ceilings a particularly unique feature, lending even the room itself a sense of grandeur. Overall, we certainly felt this hotel was well worth the money spent."

"It was hard to find the hotel for the first time, 40 minutes from the center. The staff was very kind, but if you don't want to be disturbed in the morning for cleaning, put the sign on the door. No free towels No hairdryer In the room no soap No cooler, but you can use hot water free of charge in the coffee machine (2 euro for coffee) It can be noisy"

"The hotel is close to a stop of the tram and bus. There are restaurants, a supermarket, a cake and a pharmacy close to the hotel. The staff is welcome. The only problem we have is the narrowness of the car boxes. We could only put one bike on the 2 next to the car in the box we rented at the hotel. The cost of the garage is € 10 per night."

"Except for a woman at the front desk, the hotel staff was so enthusiastic that the rest of the staff were so enthusiastic. The waiter during the meal even asked me to go upstairs to take a few Euro tips and then send him down. The foie gras in the hotel is the most authentic foie gras I have ever eaten in my life. It melts in the mouth and the taste is just right. I have already arrived in other small towns. I feel that I am rich in time. I took the train back to this hotel on a rainy day. Eat his foie gras again, it's super recommended There are so many mirrors in the room that you can see everywhere, which is also a major feature. Although there are many, it does not make people feel uncomfortable."
