The rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better. The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added. For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited. The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

Five-star rating. I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service, and environment. I only have one complaint: the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough. For this price point, perhaps it's because the hotel isn't fully open yet and there are fewer guests. Especially on Monday, the breakfast options were extremely limited. Monday's breakfast only deserves one star. I hope this can be improved soon.

This hotel is nestled in the mountains of Bogor, offering comfortable temperatures and lush greenery throughout the property. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the breakfast spread is diverse, making it an excellent choice for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, and the staff are warm and attentive. My only minor complaint is that I stayed in Building One (Gedung Agung), and it seems a mosque was not too far away. I was woken up around 4 AM by the mosque's loud speaker and it lasted until about 4:30 AM before I could go back to sleep.

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious especially the master bedroom. What surprised me the most was the pantry! From rice cooker, microwave, dining utensils and even a coffee machine were provided and worked well, we got the cook some simple food. The fridge was medium size, all TVs were working. Even though ACs only available inside the bedrooms, the living room did not feel hot at all in the afternoon. Had a great 2 nights with the family and looking forward to another stay. Also, the front desk was superb! The room was not ready when we checked in, he quicjly gave us 2 voucher for teabreak set ❤️ We got to enjoy some tea/coffee with cakes while waiting when we have received a welcome drink the moment we arrived. They also gave us a free 15mins photo session with 1 framed photo, lovely 👍

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

The price of the first night is good, but there are pits, so I sincerely tell my compatriots in China that if the price is not bad when booking, you must book a few nights in advance, otherwise you will fall into the pit if you set it day by day. It is difficult to find nearby. You have to drive a long distance to find it. Don’t change it. The price is the next day. This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
