The rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better. The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added. For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited. The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

Nice hotel for short family staycation. Location is great and strategic. Has warm nice swimming pool and jacuzzi for relax and play water. Nice option and taste for breakfast. Nice cleanliness for public area and room, except for leaked smell from the toilet.

One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

Satisfied with my stay at Aston Sentul Lake Resort. The service was friendly, the room was clean, and the facilities were complete. My wife and kids were happy.

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

The room was clean, service was good, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and received such tasty fried cassava as a late-night snack.

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

Stay here because of late night ride from far away city and arrived at 00.00. The picture from Google and on this website shows a modern room. However the reality, turn out to be a gloomy room. An Old building like it is poorly maintained. It is just belom the average or not as described in picture. I couldn't sleep in this room 216, because of many Ghost disturbance and not comfortable Please take care of your place, make it like it shows in picture! Breakfast is just so so. Won't come back to this hotel. In the yard, there are also some old weird statues and religius statues. Do not like symbol of hourglass in the room.

hotel is clean and not too far from enchanting valley. room is very big and has balcony. they have room with balcony view swimming pool and backyard park. price is very affordable. breakfast just taste fine. they have swimming pool n provide canoe. the canoe is very annoying esoecially when you try to swim but kida playing with canoe and can crush you anytime. i think they shouldnt allow to use canoe when pool is busy.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. Definitely great value for money, and I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip.
