"The hotel is a nice one, with good facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately it is facing a major uphill road. We couldn’t sleep in consistent rumble of motor cycles going uphill, especially deep at night and early morning.  The hotel should install double glazing to windows in rooms facing the road. Otherwise the hotel is a good place for long weekends, especially for families."

"The hotel is nice, location is good, the weather is great. The gym, unfortunately was said under maintenance but no work is ongoing. The breakfast is so so, Japanese soup is not Japanese at all. Other food is not on point. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere. It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape. One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty. We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal. On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Botanica Sanctuary. Nestled in the refreshing mountain air, it provided the perfect, peaceful escape from the city. My room was beautifully designed and spotless, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The swimming pool was also great – you can swim until 10 PM. This is my third time staying here, and I'm always happy. I want to come back!"

"Our first memorable experience at JSI Resort. The accommodation was super complete, clean, and well-maintained. Although there was an issue with a dirty blanket and no water, the staff responded immediately. The price was very budget-friendly for such comprehensive facilities. We also got an early check-in, able to access our room by 12 PM. You can drive your vehicle directly to your room, or a buggy car is available to take you. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there's a mini zoo, as well as outdoor and indoor playgrounds. We will definitely come back here again."

"Staff are not really friendly like others accor group but still up to standard hospitality. Location bit far from city center. No hand towels and face towels in the bathroom but it's ok not required. Overall meet expectation."

"From the moment I checked in, the staff member assisting me rarely smiled. I booked 2 rooms plus 1 extra bed for a total of 5 people. When I went for breakfast, the attendant taking down the details didn't explain things well; it felt like I was trying to sneak in extra people for a free meal. The communication of the staff should be improved through training to ensure guests have a comfortable stay."

"We stay at caravan room. Not so clean, the facilities quite old. For caravan they occupied 4 person adult ,cos have double deck bed also one double bed. The room is small, if you bring luggage, only can put one. I think they have to being out new idea for that room so that can get more space."
