Bogor Regency Hotels with balcony

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

Staycation for my birthday celebration. Free mirror wording (additional charge of IDR 78k if adding a slice of cake). Delicious breakfast. Facilities are quite complete, including indoor & outdoor kids’ playgrounds. The kids’ activities are also quite varied (although some are paid and located at the Novotel, which is only about a 150-meter walk away). Overall, it’s worth the price for a 4-star hotel.

The best place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city with cool air and beautiful views.

Need car to essce to property, as need drive thur a small alley which make it inconvenient if without a transport. But once you get there, the view was awesome , full of greenery with cold breeze Very basic villa with minimum essentials items, only provide 1 toothbrush, 1 soap bar, 1 shampoo in each toliet, do bring your own or ask from the property. We had to paid 500K to upgrade to aircon room which the initial assigned villa was having musty smell. Plugs only in the living hall at L1 which make it very inconvenient. Prefect morning breeze with delicious breakfast. Overall we have a pleasant stay

Family staycation here, the road to the location is badly damaged at the incline, where the incline is really high 😂 Entering from the lower gate, no one was guarding it at all, I went into the restaurant but still didn't see anyone at all, finally found the lobby, entered from the other gate, apparently, the receptionist gave me the wrong room, but after checking again, finally I was there. gave me the room according to my order, the lady was also very friendly. The gardens here are nice, everything is well maintained, good for photo spots, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so it's good for many people, but around the rooms the terrace is dirty, the air conditioning disposal is not in the right place so it makes the terrace muddy, the place is very spacious but there are only a few staff , it seems like savings because only my family and I stayed that night, so it was quiet and creepy at night. In the description of the facilities it says there are table tennis and billiards but it turns out they are all damaged, so the only public facilities are a swimming pool, but unfortunately it's not clean, the water filter isn't running either, it was just cleaned in the morning but it's not clean and there's still a lot of dirt floating around. . Over all, I like staying here, the facilities are just lacking, hopefully the next time I come here the billiards tables will be repaired.

Overall okay, tapi oh tapi gada sinyal + wifi lemah. Sad betttt. Kayanya better kalo kesini jangan pas holiday seasons yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw🫶🏻

The guards are friendly, the place is cool at night, the facilities are okay, the place is clean ..... the only thing that's not so okay is the access ... well, it's called Puncak, right 😉 thank you, the view is really beautiful
