The hotel 《 wing A 》is tucked down a lane lined with clothing shops. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. 7-Eleven and Watsons are on the left as you exit the hotel. Parking is provided on site. The air conditioning is sufficiently cold. The only downside is there’s no swimming pool. Overall, it’s a great stay!

The rooms were nice, clean, right size, very friendly customer service and they prepared porridge, fried mee hoon and free flow of drinks (hot drinks making machine) and pineapple biscuits too. You also can make a hot pot of tea too. All free I really love when we reached our room after 7pm and the room air-condition were on for us but only for the 1st night. Hope they will continue to on it whenever someone booked the rooms and that will be a great services to us. The only complaint I would want to make is that they found the towel dirty and took photo telling me that I might need to pay but frankly, I did not check all the towels so I replied to them that Ive no idea of the dirt as I did not check.anyway is just a small misunderstanding. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

The hotel is located in an area with convenience stores and a local community nearby, so it’s quite easy to find food and everyday essentials. However, it is a little far from most tourist attractions, so having a car would make getting around much more convenient. The room was generally nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there were plenty of pillows. The water pressure was good, and the hot water worked well. One area that could be improved is the soundproofing. I could hear doors opening and closing, as well as some knocking and other small noises from the hallway throughout the day. Cleanliness could also be improved in a few small details. For example, there were some stains around the pump tops of the soap and shampoo bottles, which made them look less inviting to use. A little more attention to these details would make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable and the facilities worked well. With some improvements in soundproofing and cleanliness, I think the stay could be even more enjoyable.

Had great underground parking. Hotel is clean. Design does feel a little dated but it’s super comfy. Aircond is super cold!

The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

It's within walking distance from the station. The staff, including the cleaning staff, are all kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and a little old, but it's no problem at all!

The room is clean and the bed is okay. There are towels provided for the whole room. There is one TV and one air conditioner, but I feel that people who sleep next to the door don't get affected much. But it's good that the accommodation provides a fan. However, the problem is that walking the stairs is a bit tiring because the stairs are steep and next to the accommodation there is a pub. At night, it's very loud. My friends said they couldn't sleep at all, but it's good. It's not far from the city. If the noise isn't an issue, I'm okay because I wear headphones anyway.
