"Booked a long stay for a business trip. The hotel is new, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are good. However, during my long stay, there were a few days where the room wasn't tidied properly, and they didn't check the bathroom amenities – the soap ran out and wasn't refilled. Overall, it's okay. I'd definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. We especially loved the private swimming pool, which was great for both adults and kids. The karaoke facilities were also a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is more suitable for guests with their own transportation, as getting around is much easier with a car. Overall, it was a great place for a family getaway and offered good value for money. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊"

"The hotel is clean, affordable and close to tourist attraction. There's a cafe below the hotel which is owned by the hotel, and the food is amazing! It's also close to public laundry, hospital and convenient stores. The staff are friendly and professional. The only minor issue is the leaking pipe. Other than that, we had an amazing 4 nights stay."

"A perfect place to stay. This place exceeded my expectation. I am beyond words. We travelled by car and we got to rest at this place. It was a landed property, we parked our car right in front of the house, easy to load off our luggages and away from the busy road and crowded place. It is not that far from central hatyai. With affordable price, you can get a house or a junior suite! WILL BOOK IT AGAIN DEFINITELY!"

My only minor issue was with cleanliness; the first room we were given wasn't very clean, but the staff member promptly moved us to a new one. It would be perfect if they could double-check this a bit more."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it great value for money. What impressed us the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even helped us find a motorcycle rental shop, which made our trip so much easier. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service. The only funny thing was the elevator—it made me a little nervous every time I used it 😂. But everything worked fine, and it definitely gave us something to laugh about. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Saran Inn. "We absolutely loved our stay at The Sea Stay Hat Yai and will definitely be back! We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was amazingly spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people, and honestly, even more if needed. The open floor space is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and relax. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We love its simple yet cozy boutique style. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. A special thank you to Skate, the owner’s daughter, who runs the hotel. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with her genuine hospitality. The hotel’s main entrance closes at 6:00 PM, but don’t let that worry you. Guests are given clear instructions on how to enter through the side door after hours, and everything is easy and convenient. The location is excellent too! It was within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafés, markets, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Hat Yai. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly boutique hotel, we highly recommend The Sea Stay. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Hat Yai!"

"I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."
