"Everything was fine during our stay. We had to pay a 1000 baht deposit upon check-in. There's plenty of parking if you're driving. The hotel is brand new, just opened this year. We booked two rooms; one had a flooding issue in the bathroom, but the other was perfectly fine. It's about a 10-minute drive to Lee Garden. Overall, it was a good stay."

There's parking right near the rooms, the staff are great, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. "The hotel is newly opened, everything looks perfect. It's quiet and very clean, suitable for families and solo travelers. However, there's no sign out front yet, so it's a bit hard to find on map apps."

"Excellent service, the staff were incredibly friendly. The sukiyaki was absolutely delicious! The bed sheets came off very easily, but the room itself had a great vibe. The air conditioning was super cold, the TV was good, and the bathroom was just the right size, not too small or too big."

"I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel."

"Peaceful place, has all amenities including karaoke system… nice private swimming pool… the excellent villa design… toilet very clean & good water pressure… cool & calm place…. Excellent & politely host 👍☺️"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and new. We also really appreciated the free drinking water provided — there was plenty for us to drink. All my family and friends agreed that we would definitely book this place again. The price is affordable, the environment is comfortable, and the overall service was very good. There is just one thing I hope can be improved: although you use electronic locks, it would be great if the main entrance door could have an additional locking function, or if the electronic lock could be set to remain locked from the inside. My child has learned how to open doors, and because the electronic lock does not have a proper child-lock function, she was able to open the door and walk out by herself. The staircase outside is open and quite dangerous, so I had to be very careful throughout our stay. The same applies to the bedroom door — my child could easily pull it open, so I had to constantly watch her to make sure she didn’t open the door and go outside. I hope you can consider improving the locking function, especially for families travelling with young children. Other than that, it was a really great stay! We will definitely come back next time. A very nice place with great service! 😊"

"I love staying here..the room is spacious,clean & cozy. The host & receptionist very friendly & very helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The bed provided was very comfortable. Its walking distance from hotel to Kim Yoong Market,Lee Garden night market & etc . Surely will come again next time ❤️"

"Service of the staff is good . House is big and clean . Allow at least 8 persons but one thing not so convenient is bathroom 🚽 only downstairs not suitable for old people. Microwave , fridge and smart TV is available to use 😊. Reasonable price 👍"
