Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. The hotel's most impressive features are the beautiful lobby, automated toilets, and bathroom decor. However, the in-room toilets are not automated, and the bathroom tiles are different. The shower gel smells lovely, but the shampoo leaves hair dry, and there's no conditioner. The water pressure is poor, and the hot water is unstable. There are no slippers and no doorbell. The internet disconnects during the day and can't be reconnected. Soundproofing is bad, but the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hotel's ground floor offers complimentary coffee and snacks, but the drinks are unpleasant; many people just pour coffee and leave it untouched. There's no air conditioning indoors. The location is very convenient, with excellent connectivity. It's a 3-minute walk to Peter's Panang Nian Gao, an 8-minute walk to Hood Coffee (highly recommend the 'dirty' coffee – it's not too sweet or greasy), and a 10-minute walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza, where you can find anything you want to eat. If it rains, you can borrow an umbrella from the hotel. The staff are nice, and the hotel can arrange car transfers for guests to and from Penang, the Malaysia border customs, and tours in Songkhla city, costing around 2,000-3,000 Thai Baht. In-room massage services can also be booked.

The hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

Everything was great, just the location was a bit average. But that's okay, taxis are cheap. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. You needed to log in with a separate username and password, and even then it was unstable. It would constantly disconnect, and you'd have to wait for it to reconnect or log in again with another account. It was such a hassle, why does it have to be so complicated? However, there's a massage place next door that's cheap and good! The hotel even promotes it; the flyer says 350 baht for a two-hour Thai massage, but it's actually 300 baht for two hours. It's cheap and excellent! Definitely worth checking out!

The rooms are clean and thoughtfully maintained, with a simple, no-fuss layout that keeps things comfortable without unnecessary clutter. Overall, a reliable choice for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming common space.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
