Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. While the rooms might have been a tad on the cozier side, they more than made up for it with their plush comfort and attention to detail. The Ulysses truly exemplifies the notion that beauty lies in the details, and the meticulousness with which they've curated every aspect of the guest experience speaks volumes. The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. Here, I need to tip for daily cleaning and hygiene. The next day I also gave the result that I put a lot of towels and didn’t make it 😢. Breakfast is also very simple (there are three varieties). If you can choose to book without breakfast, it is more cost-effective. Coffee is 5 dollars a cup. There is no smell. There is no water in the room (the front desk told me that there is an empty bottle to go to the floor to get water (the result is that the equipment is broken 😅), parking is not free for 50 dollars. This price is the price of a standard five-star hotel in China, this time I really stepped on the pit.

The hotel is good, but there is no time to go shopping, in this city known as the most dangerous, no place to move.

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is in the city center, opposite the Hilton, the gym is on the ground floor of the hotel. There are not many facilities. The old beauty hotel does not have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. Domestic tourists need to get used to it. The room is still quite large. The overall is good.

The hotel is strategically located and safe, close to Baltimore's inner harbor, with beautiful scenery, high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby, and it is particularly beautiful to walk at night. A typical American breakfast, not many varieties, eggs, bread and fruit are absolutely full, and the waiter is particularly good. Every Wednesday night, you can enjoy a free dinner, providing rare vegetable salad, unexpected joy. Free coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby. Room service did not provide face towels one day, and under the communication of Ctrip customer service, there was a lot of improvement in the next few days. One night, the toilet was suddenly blocked, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to dredge in time, and did not affect the residence. Overall, it is recommended to live.

This hotel is just across the road from the convention center. It was clean, safe, friendly and had every amenity I was looking for. I had to book very last minute after a cancellation elsewhere and was thrilled to get a clean, nicely air conditioned room with everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Baltimore
