"The Resort is beautiful, clean and the room amenities are well above standard, the room service is also exceptional however unfortunately the restaurant and beach service leaves alot to be desired - veryyyy slow, not enough staff and orders messed up quite a few times (especially over the weekend). Although the after service given by the general manager and restaurant manager rectified the situation, clearly they are under staffed and 'lower level staff' need to be better trained at handling clients. The reception service and concierge were also exceptional, polite and very efficient. Overall I would rate the resort as 7.5/10 - unfortunately when consumers pay 200% over market price for food and drinks, the service contributes alot to the price they are paying."

"Definitely recommend this hotel. I've never written a review before. Welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and carry a warm smile. Restaurant staff go out of their way to meet your requirements. And they even allow you to store your luggage if your flight is later then your check out. Not only they allow you to all that, but go as far as allowing you to use the pool area..the swimming pool shower. One of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. Top. 💯"

"Let me talk about the good place first: more cost-effective. Various facilities are relatively complete, such as beach loungers, rooftops, small swimming pools and so on. Hotel location is also very good. A small, large-scale commercial block is within walking distance of the hotel, where you can find hair salons, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, etc. Besides the bad place: the room is not big, especially the bathroom looks cramped. The sea view room is very beautiful, but you have to endure traffic noise."

"The staff are attentive and remember guests by name, and the hotel offers a nice view. However, the overall experience was not smooth. The room, although advertised as 45 m², felt much smaller. The first room lacked basic seating and space for luggage; the second was better with a table and two chairs, but still odd setting for a luxury hotel. The outdoor pool was closed, and the spa and indoor pool were in a separate building, making it uncomfortable to access in January coldness. The indoor pool also had a sewage liked smell at 11am. Food was overly exotic to justify the high price, but losing its original taste."

"Overall, I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied enough that I didn't get tired of it even after 6 days. The Acropolis is within walking distance, though it's still a bit of a trek. The pool was great, but it closes at 8 PM, which was a bit of a bummer. My only real complaint is that my room was connected to another by a door, and the soundproofing was terrible. How could such a nice hotel have such a flaw?"

Plus, the breakfast restaurant offers an amazing view of the Parthenon on the Acropolis, which is even better than seeing it from the base of the hill. 🏛️"
