"This is a design hotel with a modern aesthetic. The rooftop restaurant offers a great selling point with its distant views of the Acropolis, even if the food is just a bit average. The service, however, was excellent – friendly and attentive. The concierge service was particularly outstanding; the staff were diligent and very friendly. The front desk kindly agreed to a late checkout because someone in our party wasn't feeling well, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Acropolis and surrounded by many restaurants and popular juice bars. Although the old town can be a bit crowded and chaotic with more homeless people, the hotel is close to the embassy district and the changing of the guard ceremony square, with many police around, which made us feel quite safe. The only downside was that my friend stayed in one of two connecting rooms, and the soundproofing to the next room was poor. We could clearly hear conversations, singing, and music, which disturbed their rest."
