B48 Athens Dafni offers modern, fully equipped studios designed for urban travellers looking for comfort and independence in Athens. Each apartment features a hob, sink, microwave, fridge and contemporary décor that brings warmth and functionality, ideal for both short and mid-length stays.
The property sits in the Agios Ioannis area, a step from the metro station of the same name (red line) and just three stops from Athens' historic centre. It's a quiet, residential setting, with cafés, bakeries and traditional Greek taverns just minutes away on foot — perfect for travellers who prefer to stay away from the tourist crowds without giving up easy access to the Acropolis.
HOW TO GET THERE:
- From the airport: Take the blue line (M3) to Syntagma and change to the red line (M2) towards Elliniko. Get off at Agios Ioannis, three stops after Syntagma. Estimated time: 45-55 minutes.
- By car: Head down Leof. Vouliagmenis avenue; the building is at number 164. Free street parking is available nearby, though the property has no private car park.
- By bus: The "Aghios Ioannis" stop on Leof. Vouliagmenis (lines 140 and 218) is a couple of minutes' walk from the building.
- By tram: There is no tram stop in the Agios Ioannis area. The nearest one is Neos Kosmos (line T6), reachable in one metro stop or about a 10-minute walk; from there the tram connects directly to Zappio and Syntagma.
- By metro: Agios Ioannis station (red line, M2) is just a 5-minute walk away — one stop closer to the historic centre than Dafni station. It's just 3 stops from Acropolis station, next to the Acropolis Museum.
- By train: From Larissis station, take the red line towards Elliniko and get off at Agios Ioannis (approx. 15-18 minutes, no transfers).
- By taxi: You can book with Taxiplon for a reliable service to/from the airport or the city centre.
"Good location a fair distance away from the very crowded city center and tourist attractions, between 2 metro stations with plenty of food options. Not a good location if traveling by car due to lack of parking. Checking in/out was a simple process and the rooms are spacious with many amenities. Only missing washing machines, laundry has to be done at nearby laundromats."

"The hotel is located just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, making it very convenient. It is also easy to take the train to the airport from there. We had an evening flight and arrived at the hotel after midnight, but the self check-in process provided by the hotel was clear and convenient. We were pleasantly welcomed with tasty candies in the room, which was clean and modernly decorated. It also provided all the necessary items we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable stay."
