"We booked a single night. We had to check in at 14:00 but we were allowed to enter earlier, around 11:30 - we were super happy about that! Location very good in relation to the beach and the rest of the city. 100 percent fine. Friendly staff and quiet hotel despite the location in the city. The lobby very inviting and modern.
The room we had been given was on the older side. Hole in the door, and cracks in the walls. Maybe due to previous water damage.
Air conditioning worked, didn't make too much noise and there were generally all facilities. Might consider booking with them again. I hope that in time they will renovate the rooms that have old damage, as it will affect the overall impression."

HHappy sunnyWonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything. One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.

PPeter DavidWe took a courtyard view room. It had a spacious balcony and drying area, but you do look out onto other balconies, so if you value privacy go for poolside views. It was spotlessly clean, perhaps recently decorated, with a shower extension added to the bath tub. Breakfast is delicious with full Western and Thai choices. Stroll through the ground floor passing the swimming pools to reach the beach with its sunshaded seating area. Cha am beach has a nice atmosphere. Not overcrowded and beach food was fresh and tasty. Lots of Thai families staying at the hotel. We keep coming back for the pools and location.

AAnonymous UserAmazing breakfast selection. On Mondays have curry crab. Excellent poop for swimming laps. Unfortunately our bathtub was not cleaned but after we notified it was done well. We stayed here many times and will stay here again. Excellent beach sea view from room. The bakery cakes are good value for money and staff are friendly.

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

AAnonymous UserHotel location is exceptional and close to the beach. Guests are overcrowded on weekend, insufficient common space including breakfast. The line for Moo-Ping is too long and table turnovrr takes so long as well. Good but nit worth for money that I have paid.

I particularly liked the double vanity, and the room also featured a large mirror. It was wonderful to be able to walk on the sandy beachfront. The breakfast selection was comprehensive.

PPinyapatPros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store.
Location is very convenient with parking.
Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4) ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.
Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

PP & G Travels The resort is straight on the beachfront over the road large green areas, fun to ride around on the bikes provided great for the family. It has its own restaurant and cafe on the road front easy access to local food and beach fun.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.

Had stayed here in the past but it’s not what it once was as some amenities/services had been discontinued (spa closed) and others were extremely tired due to the passing of time (fitness center). The gardens and lounging spaces around the pool were very nice and comfortable and the poolside food and drink options good. The water quality of the pool could have been better. Exercise caution when selecting a room as some rooms are renovated and quite good and others are not. Sister property next door should be considered if one wants a top-level experience.
