"The hotel is very well located in the old town of Marrakech, in Medina. In the forefront we have already organized a pick-up from the airport for €15. The staff in Riad was very helpful and friendly. The room was very small, but it is probably so common in these traditional houses. For us it was a perfect starting point to explore the Medina of Marrakech."

Great
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
RRebeca Judith Jimenez VelazquezThey have been very kind to us ! Treated us great. I have had a very comfortable stay in this Riad. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The terrace upstairs allows you to see the sunset. The swimming pool has nice warm water with bubbles. Couldn’t ask for more.
BBeijingtupangziThe location is in the alley next to Dejima Square. It is less than 100 meters away from the square. It is quiet in the middle of noisy. The environment is good, and there is no cave. The boss is very enthusiastic and the room is good, but the mattress is too hard and a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is on the roof, it seems to be a point, no food, trouble. The surrounding area is full of markets, but it is suitable for people who love to go shopping. The lobby is very interesting and suitable for a daze.
AAnonymous UserThe staff Is very friendly and nice,
Very good breakfast and good location.
Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
GGuest UserWe had communicated through the chat how late we arrived, but there was no one, but we were lucky that other guests opened. We tried to get in touch via telephone and chat and finally chose just one room. The story is not so nice but this experience is not proportional to the rest of the stay. The riad is very well located, people are nice and a lovely lady makes a nice breakfast with self-made bread and cakes. We therefore think that the bad experience is more a unhappy of circumstances, also because we arrived when the day (ramadán) ended.
The facilities are basic, but good. The price/quality ratio is quite good. It is clean and with a good bed and a good breakfast you don't need any more. And they have made it good for us to come back to the airport with a taxi.
